In town for business and was hungry for some breakfast. I had noticed this location the night before on yelp and had to give it a try. Good old-fashioned diner and the ladies cooked up a fantastic breakfast. Service was great and I love the diner atmosphere. They also have homemade cinnamon rolls right beside the checkout. I bought enough for the office and everyone absolutely enjoyed them. Stop and give this place a try you won't be disappointed if you love diners

We were in the area heading to the bourbon trail, and wanted something quick and easy for breakfast. It's your usual diner food selection, though it looks like they have more options for lunch. Service was prompt, not super friendly, but not unfriendly either. Again, what you expect out of a diner. I do like all the retro pictures and signs on the walls. They even had an old cigarette machine by the restroom. Lots of character. It's a bit of a drive from 65, but if you want something other than fast food or a gas station sandwich, it's worth a detour.

This is a greasy spoon...good service and food. Nothing special for the inside, although they were doing a decent job with spacing during Covid. The menu is on the board or a paper copy is provided. We order a cheeseburger; thin crispy, grilled onion, melted cheese....very good. Excellent burger! We also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Everything tasted very good. The shake was delicious and you got the silver cup with the extra!

Yummy food! He ordered his steak medium rare and it was over cooked but we still cleared our plates! Each of the servers stayed really busy and helped each other out wherever they could with also being cashiers and making plates. Priced well!

Charm alone makes it a great spot to jump in, grab a seat and order a tasty no frills breakfast on a Saturday along with a full house of patrons. Love to see long standing establishments flourishing and appreciative of their hard work, staff was great with everyone helping outside a standard role. Good breakfast. Good atmosphere. Good and full.

Tiny little diner with a small town feel, staff is real fondly and burgers smothered in grilled onions is perfect for a lunch spot.

I wished I tried the chili - lots of other diners were eating it and it was mentioned a lot on other reviews.

The server seemed dazed and confused. We asked him questions but he didn't seem to know anything. We absolutely love German food so we were excited. However, this wasn't really German food. First, how does a German restaurant not have German beer on tap? Then I ordered the schnitzel. It wasn't pounded out correctly and was too thick to be considered schnitzel. The breading had no seasoning. My husband (vegetarian) ordered the veggie melt, which was on the menu, but he was told they no longer make it. He ended up getting a "sides plate." When it arrived, there were 4 of the smallest portions of sides ever. Why not just make spaetzel a main dish? Voila, you have a vegetarian option! My daughter ended up getting a pretzel because the spaetzel she wanted had too many other ingredients in it for her liking. That's on us not the restaurant. Overall, as German restaurant connoisseurs, we were disappointed.

But ultimately, it's just okay. Service was fast (perhaps too fast) and friendly. But our dishes were just okay. We didn't have a bad experience, but it's not a must dine, to say the least.
