The food was all yummy. The service was always really nice. Super clear that this is probably a place that locals just come to hang out after work. It was really easy to park right out front. I made sure to ask for a manager upon being seated to avoid the prior manager who refused to compensate or give a discount due to a stale croissant sandwich. The food servers have always been polite. The food was excellent and the manager 'Cloe' was outstanding. She stated she was part-time however; her conduct and attention to our table was outstanding. Cloe said she wanted to make sure I would not have a bad experience as we did on our prior visit. This time my husband and our guests had the 50/50 burger with fries and said they were both excellent. I had the cod sandwich with those excellent fries and my meal was also excellent. My husband and I always drink the unsweet tea and bring our own Stevia to sweeten and our friends had the 50/50 tea and said it was great. This visit was such a pleasant experience and made up for the prior 'want to be' manager who refused to compensate or give me a discount for a bad entre. I mentioned to Cloe that I am a review person and want people to know the importance of asking for a manager and sharing their good and bad experiences and try to make things better for future customers.
