I had my daughter with me who I believe was about 1.5 years old at the time, so she was obsessed with walking around and getting in to things. This made it a little challenging for me to discuss everything i needed, but everyone who helped me was super patient with me and very sweet to my daughter as well. I was worried I would have to leave my car here which is my main mom mobile, but they were able to send someone out to pop off the lid safely without damaging anything and keep that to reupholster rather than needing my car for an extended period.
