Well, I was going to leave a good review because they were trying to do the right thing, but at the last second tried to change the price on me. This is going to be a long review, so buckle up. I got a paint pallet from Michael's and wanted a few words engraved on it for a Christmas present, so I go here. I go in and my first impression was very bad. No one greeted me and the office is in shambles. Everything thrown around and unorganized. I say hi to a man who has his back turned to me and doesn't look at me and says to wait a little bit because he needed to print out some more work orders. Very rude. I wait for a bit, and eventually I get to explain to him what I need. He starts asking me questions about the engraving that only a professional would know and tells me that I need to be teaching him. Very weird. As a customer coming to a business, I am paying them to cater to my needs, not the other way around. He tells me that his buddy will call me before he makes it to give me a price. I say okay, fill out the work order and head on my way. A few days go by and Christmas is getting closer, so I call and check on the product. He says it'll be ready today. I say okay and am wondering why they didn't call me with the price before they made it. I didn't get a call that it was ready, so a few days go by and I call again and he says it's ready. I go and stop by. I get there and they forgot a part of the engraving. We look on the work order and it was all there. They say they can fix it right then and there so I wait. They bring it out to me and the font is wrong, and the engraving ruined the surrounding wood, so I look at it very disappointed. I ask if they can lower the price, and the lady says they can do $20. The product was originally $36. I still sound disappointed, so the man says if I can get a new paint pallet, they can fix it and he'll account for how much the pallet costs. I say okay, drive 13 minutes to Michael's and 13 minutes back. They remake it and the man says, that'll be $25. I look at him and say not $20? The lady says yes $20, but I'm still shocked he tried to change it after how patient I've been with all of the mistakes they've made. I end up paying the $20 and the product looks very good. As a general, your reputation is worth so much more than an extra $5 on one order. Even after all the mistakes I was willing to work with them, but that was the last straw for me. All in all, they'll make a good product, but the headache is not worth it. Kudos to the lady as well, she understands good business etiquette. read more

This place does amazing work, you can bring something you purchased elsewhere and they average cost to engrave a name and date on anything is about $15.00 per item. The time frame for something to be completed is about 3 to 4 days. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the place is somewhat of a mess. With the 2 Corgis that welcome you when you walk in their hair is everywhere. Otherwise this is a great place to have engraving done. read more

I was in a bind & completely impressed with LLE. After placing a bulk order of mugs, on Dec 8, 2017 elsewhere to be laser engraved, for a work party on Jan 6th after being told just days before my event they wouldn't be ready. I was scrambling to find a solution. I was lucky enough to find reasonable mugs & get 85 of them done the day before my event! They were so very nice & helpful! The owner, Maggie & Josh were just outstanding. They stayed over business hours just to help me out! After another Trophy shop had turned me down LLE was there to my rescue with great reasonable prices for same day service..I couldn't get anywhere else! I was just so happy to have found them & definitely will be back for business & non business orders! The best hands down!! read more

What an awful experience! Shotty work and poor communication/customer service. Needed some flasks done to be gifted to colleagues. I sent an image file (professionally made and used for embroidery) to be engraved. He didn't tell me that the image was not high enough quality for their machine and went ahead and ran it anyway. The work came out very patchy on most of the flasks. I'm sure this was solely due to my image and not the fact that I had to wait an extra week because their machine coincidentally broke. Of course he didn't give me the courtesy to tell me this over the phone but rather waited a week later for me to find out in person. Naturally I tell him I can't accept the flasks that are flawed and wait an additional 2 weeks for him to correct the flaws that he initially thought were acceptable. 1 flask still looked bad and another gained some new scratches that he shrugged off. Then he has the gall to tell me Its my fault I gave him a budget because otherwise he would've touched up the artwork. I would've much rather he told me in the first place so I could pay more for good work obviously. Besides, the price we settled on WAS his initial estimate. It's not like I low balled him. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache, get your work done somewhere else. read more
