I called and let Al know what was going on and he told me to bring it in. The hours are not reliable since I tried coming in a few times during business hours to find out they were closed. I went over today and he tried my amp and saw that it wasn't working. He tells me he can give me $50 back towards a purchase of another amp. I questioned why I wasn't able to get the full amount I paid which was $75. He told me he was unable to. He could have it shipped out to get repaired and that would take a couple months. The new amp he had for me to purchase I would have to spend another $50 dollars on. I was so confused why he wasn't just giving me the $75 dollars that I spent towards a new amp I would purchase in his store. He told me that when things like this break you get them repaired, the store just doesn't give you a new amp. A questioned why it made sense that I spent $75 dollars on what I thought was a new amp and to find out it breaks within the first week and I, the customer, have to lose out on $25 dollars, AND have to buy another amp for an extra $50 dollars, AND at a store that just sold me a defective amp and basically said "too bad so sad". Towards the end he was yelling at me and said he wasn't doing anything at all for me and I left with my broken amp. He got very emotional and couldn't hold up his own when being questioned about the quality of his products and customer service. As I walked out I said "I heard you guys are closing?" he said "yep we are after 64 years" and I said "I can see why." To that he said "have a great day!". I go to another place for my guitar lessons and they are wonderful!! And they said they'll fix my amp.

I absolutely recommend coming here for guitar repairs! They did a phenomenal job fixing my beginner…read morebass and electric guitar. As you'd expect from cheap guitars the build quality needs work and NOLL managed to fix my fret buzz issue and adjustment of the neck and saddles to perfection. They even replaced the strings with the new ones I brought in with me with for a fairly decent price. They were fast with the whole process. You can tell they care for their customers and attention to detail. My guitars have never felt or even looked as good as they do now. You even get 90 day warranty along side your set up which is very convenient and courteous. My bass needed serious rehab and they fixed everything even the smallest things like the nobs and my pick up being too lose. Especially my bridge pickup as that wasn't even working properly before. I am so happy with the work done as I can now continue to practice with ease now that my bass is done correctly. As for the guitar, it is brand new and mainly needed spring adjustments which was done nicely as well. Can't wait to continue to become a better musician now with the help of NOLL Guitars. The owner was extremely kind to me and gave me so many tips to maintain my instruments. He took care of every issue I was concerned about, and then some. The amp sounds amazing.
