I all but gave up on the thing until my friends told me about Cranky's. For a very reasonable fee, Greg worked on the frets, tremolo, tuning heads, saddles, and gave it a thorough cleaning. I contacted Gary recently regarding an acoustic guitar I had recently purchased. Before charging me any money, Gary suggested trying a low-dough remedy which I tried. The issue persisted so I contacted Gary on Christmas Day via email. It was clear he knew a ton about pianos and went out of his way to not just sell a piano but to make sure the piano I was looking at was a great fit for my needs. Any purchase I make I do a ton of research and Eli was great at patiently answering all of my questions. They even went out of their way to open their store on an off day to accommodate my schedule.
