She knows what she is doing , and her partner "Mr T" both do a quality job ... I can only attest to hair CUTS , I am a guy and of course do not get coloring , straightening , perms , and all that jazz for women !!!! My wife has had her hair cut and straightened twice and we are pleased with the results and I know Bobby and Mr T have many loyal customers as I am ..... I drive a long way to have her cut my hair and pass dozens of hair salons along the way ..... I've tried a few others , but I always go back to Bobby .... She was very nice and gave me a nice blowout after my cut and balyage. The balyage placement was great, but she over processed my hair. My hair is naturally light so it does not need aggressive lightening. She put me under the heat lamp to help speed up the process and did not use Olaplex to help protect my hair. After I washed and tried to style my own hair at home, I realized how fragile several sections were. In retrospect, I should have asked if they use Olaplex before I made the appointment. I do know that it slows down the lightening process, and it seemed like she was more concerned with my hair processing as quickly as possible instead of keeping it healthy. I really wanted to find someone I could trust for my cut and color in the Dallas area, but, unfortunately, this isn't it.

I usually get Bora Bora braids because I love the look of having curls/sewin and the ease of braids at the scalp. The price and drive is well worth the results. I love my hair everytime and get so many compliments. This style lasts months at least 3, and a touch up service is also offered to refresh the braids and stretch them another few months. I had beautiful maintained braids for a total of 6 months. I swam with the hair, washed it and lived everyday in it and it bounced back every time!
