Purchased a hot tub from there during Covid. After a ton of run around about when it would come in…read moreit was delivered 7 months later. About 3 months after that it started leaking. Macksoods finally sent a repairman to fix it after three weeks. About a month later it started leaking again. They decided to warranty it so we didn't have a hot tub for over a month while that happened. About 4 months after we got the new tub the LED lights stopped changing colors. I called them and they sent someone out to change the control board. That didn't fix the problem so they decided not to deal with it. About a year after the lights stopped working the hot tub started leaking again. They picked it up for repair and when picking it up dropped it and managed to break my kids trampoline enclosure. When they brought it back the leak was fixed, but the lights had not been touched. They said that they would fix the trampoline enclosure 9months ago and still haven't done that so we have a useless trampoline sitting in our back yard that they never fixed. I called about the lights and they finally came out to fix them. They left a foam mess all around the hot tub. Definitely do not recommend!

The decor is rather minimal and unassuming. It's not the type of place to pose on either. You come in, you play pool and you have fun kicking each others butts. Don't come here expecting to see a trendy darkly lit pool hall with poser kids. This is for real people who just want to play some honest pool. Life is great when places like these exist and keep on existing. The place is clean, nicely lit and the staff is extremely hospitable. I love this place and I will keep on playing pool here.
