Our Story: On October of 2020 we were involved in a 3-car accident in which we were sandwiched and hit from the rear by a Non-Insured/No-Drivers-License driver. We suffered from severe whiplash-injuries and on top of that our beloved chihuahua was catapulted inside the car and because of this injury he was paralyzed for almost 3 months from the waist down. In a Naive attempt to obtain justice since this was a major not-at-fault-accident (and hopefully our last), we called Larry H Parker. BIG MISTAKE!!! I repeat, DO NOT CALL Larry H Parker!!! They're the worst. The people on the other side of the phone are either paralegal secretaries or "claim-professionals" with car-salesmen skills who would lie to you saying, "you have a by-the-book case and they're experts to solve these types of accidents, big or small we will take care of you". Long story short, after wasting 3 months of our precious time in which they collected information about our accident, they sent us to one of their quack/shady chiropractors who did not take proper care of our injuries and by having a secretary being our only point of contact (no lawyers ever) who never calls you back or keeps you updated, in December they sent us a letter saying that they cannot "represent" us anymore without giving us any explanation why. I believe this unprofessional behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and their TV advertisement should be considered a SCAM because at any given moment of the process we never spoke directly to a lawyer, they do not have proper client support with frequent updates and law-lingo explanations and after 3 months of "representing us" in which they never helped us obtain a fair price for our totaled-car with the insurance company, they dropped our case with no resolution nor a proper explanation at all. They should not claim they're attorneys they should label themselves as law-client-brokers in which they will only take your case if you have serious injuries or someone died. Otherwise they will analyze your case and if they find out they cannot make good money out of it (50k+) they will waste your time and ghost you as much as they can until they sell your information to the best bidder within their network of small shady attorneys and doctors. read more

Sorry you all had such a bad experience. I want to express my experience with Larry H Parker. I didn't have no ideal who to go to at the time of my auto accident. I took a chance with Larry H Parker and I must say I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I was not expected to get much money and really didn't care to much about the amount. I wanted justice to be served when I was violated by my insurance company and the other parties insurance by not wanting to take the responsibility for an the accident. My children and I were beginning to be at a lost due to the lack of service I was receiving from the insurance company. It was not until I contacted Larry H Parker the ball started to roll. I got my rental car switched over to the other parties insurance in a matter of days. Both my insurance and the other parties insurance were contacting me on a weekly basis to make sure my children and I was secured. I received a check from the second party insurance within one week for the out of pocket expense of the rental car. I started to feel like things were turning around. Everyone began to do their jobs once they realized I had a lawyer. The process with Larry H Parker began to frustrated me because I was expecting to have this done and over with ASAP. Well not until I spoke with Stacy in negotiation and she explained how the process works I began to have better understanding. Stacy returned every last one of my phone call within the same day! She always had positive things to say regarding my case, and made me feel important through the whole event. Sometimes people can be cruel, not have the proper concern about your situation, or just may be unprofessional all together. I don't think we should judge the entire business as a whole, because it's obvious we all don't have the same experience. I was treated with loyalty by Stacy she is not just a wonderful person, she is a caring and loyal person. Everything she told me she was going to do, it was done!!! This letter is to express my deepest appreciation for an outstanding job done, Friday, 11/03/2017, by Attorney Robert Zavidow, while representing me in my claims case and it's Mediation Hearing. It is very rare for me to feel the necessity to take the time to Yelp review. This will only be my third time doing so. My son was hit by a car in December 2016. It has been a long, difficult, and very frustrating time. I can honestly tell you that I am 100% satisfied with their service. I couldn't of asked for a better team of people to be by my side during this scary time. Not only did they get a substantial settlement for my son, they actually took money out of their 25% and contributed to my son's surgery. I am a single parent with no insurance and my son's settlement is not accessible until he is 18. They knew he needed surgery and helped pay the remaining amount needed to the hospital as well as for his pre-op and surgeon appointments so the surgery could be done. Has anyone EVER heard of that before??? The office staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. I worked the closest with Andrea. She is absolutely amazing. She even contacted me the day of surgery to see how it was going and then again the next day to see how my son was doing. On one of the court dates, I was lost and couldn't find where to go. My mom was on her way home from dropping off my brother from school and she was involved in a really bad car accident on September 12 2013. She had a green light and a truck decided to make a left turn in front of her causing them to collide mind you this guy had a red arrow. Some people need to pay more attention while driving! I had a great experience with Larry H Parker. I was involved in a car accident that totaled my vehicle and left me with a torn ACL which I had to have surgically repaired. After my accident I felt that I needed someone to guide me as too many issues including pain and a loss of a vehicle were the primary worries. During the case I would have never been able to clearly identify what I needed to make sure that my injuries and my time lost were compensated for even a very clear (clean-cut) case.
