I've been hearing so much about Crumbl Cookies since they first opened but never was in a place to try it. I like cookies but more the homemade kind (with much less sugar) but thought I'd give it a try since I was out and needed sustenance to shop. The cookies are big. And almost $5 for one. I chose the Gingerbread cookie with frosting. They warmed the cookie up and frosted it. As I bit into the warm soft gingerbread, I realized, it was a thick swirl of cream cheese frosting! Yum! The only thing that would make it better is a coffee store next door. It was quite sweet, too. I couldn't even eat half the cookie so I will have some for tomorrow. The cookie was good and so was the service. I'm not sure how often I will be back but it is definitely on Santa's nice list!! And mine! read more

Cookies tasted fine but the chocolate chip was room temperature, not fresh out of the oven and gooey. The brownie was dried out on the edges and really cold as though it'd be in the fridge for a while. The clerk kept flipping her screen to me and back but never seemed to want me to see it. Flipping then it's gone before I got a look. She seemed distracted and wanted to talk to her coworker much more than customers. The counter and computers were oddly very dirty. It's actually disgusting to buy food in such a dirty place. The prices are high, but that would be fine if the place was clean and the cookies were fresh. I remember taking grandchildren in just after they opened up. Spotless, people were well trained and cookies were clearly coming out of the oven into the boxes. read more

My daughter was really excited about trying this place out. My cousin and her family of four try a new cookie every week. She comes home from work with one cookie and they cut it into fourths. I don't have much of a sweet tooth so cutting one of these large cookies into fourths and sharing would be ideal. They have featured flavors every week. We tried the fruity pebbles cookie and the waffle cookie which is served warm with butter and syrup. Both cookies were great soft and when we went at 8 o'clock at night there were no other customers in the store and a few struggled in after we entered. Service was great checkout was fast and we sat outside and enjoyed them. They have a rewards program and the cookies were four dollars apiece. read more

Every once an awhile when the line up is worth it, I make the drive from Coos Bay to Roseburg for cookies. Every single time I am met with polite employees and an amazing presentation of cookies! I have never had one complaint for this location. I have never been in line for my cookies for longer than 5 minutes either. Such an amazing and sufficient team. Will always recommend this location to anyone and everyone. 100/10 read more

Did curbside pickup. Got the birthday cake,cornbread,milk chocolate chip, Nutella mudslide, and Mallow Oreo. These might be the best cookies I have ever had. I especially liked the cornbread, definitely the most unique flavor of cookie I've ever tried. Came in for some cookies since I had never tried them, they were amazing despite having few flavors. I was pleased with my experience and quick customer service. The reason I would rate it 4 and not 5 stars is because many customers as well as my family witnessed one of the workers ask for a customer who had just stepped outside for a brief minute. I love this place but recently the service has been lacking. Girlfriend and I stopped by this location to satisfy our sweet tooth and we ordered four cookies and three half pints of ice cream. The cashier confirmed our order. The cashier charged us for everything but two cookies, as we were two cookies short when we received our order. When we questioned him politely about the minus in our order he had no idea that we even ordered an additional two cookies, he indicated he would take care of the problem immediately. He then informed us they were out of those cookies and it would be 45 min before more would be ready. We didn't want to wait and just took our order and left. We will return but be more diligent when ordering. read more

Hii I w are you closed in a holiday (Easter) and Father's Day??? Two times I tried frequently this business?

I generally don't go ape on bad experiences,but, when you walk in don't get greeted, but the person in front of you does. When you sit at the register for 5 min with every Employees backed turned ignoring you while you wait to order, when you politely attempt to make eye contact with an employee and they disregard you, when you walk out and they don't even attempt to say " Oh hey, sorry we will be right with you", it warrants a bad review. I'd also understand if they were slammed busy, but, it was myself and one other customer, who got greeted friendly, helped quickly and was out the door while we sat there by the register waiting for ANY sort of acknowledgement from anyone. Yeah, pretty sad. One girl, did look like she was bustin ass but the others were literally 2 ft from the register chatting with each other. We're a gay couple, and it felt like straight up like the employees just didn't want to help based on the fact we were gay. Long stretch I know, but it's either shit workers or shit humans.
