The wines were excellent, especially Le Pig and the 2012 Poboleda, both stood out and made the tasting feel special. What really made the visit memorable, though, was the people. Hannah, the daughter of the owners, was knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely fun to talk to. You can tell there's real passion behind what they're doing. What started as a great tasting unfortunately turned into car trouble for us, but that's where Hillcrest truly went above and beyond. The team jumped in right away to help, and Tucker as well as Susan in particular was incredibly kind and supportive. They made sure we were taken care of, offered us espresso, and even made sure our dog was comfortable with treats and attention. That level of hospitality is rare.
