The installer said I would have to pay another $150 to get the right fitting to hook it up which there was already a dishwasher hooked up to it called Rosenthal to complain. They they said it was out of their hands for me to call the installer. which I called and they still wanted $150 more to put the other fitting on.

It took over five phone calls and three visits back to the store to obtain a simple invoice with serial numbers so I could submit the rebates.
