Bought a new dishwasher from Rosenthal I paid $170 to have it installed delivered and old one taken away. The installer said I would have to pay another $150 to get the right fitting to hook it up which there was already a dishwasher hooked up to it called Rosenthal to complain. They they said it was out of their hands for me to call the installer. which I called and they still wanted $150 more to put the other fitting on. read more

Appliances work fine, but delivery was 12 hours late, after numerous phone calls and a day of work missed since they "deleted" my invoice. Took another week for the remaining install to be completed. Was told install fee would be covered for the mix up, along with an extended warranty, but it neither happened. Vent hood arrived damaged, but it was easier to pull the dent than deal with Rosendahl's any longer. It took over five phone calls and three visits back to the store to obtain a simple invoice with serial numbers so I could submit the rebates. read more

First off, going there was stepping back in time to the " good old days" when you had to go to town and get your appliances. The man behind the counter was super nice and had a dryer in stock and could do free delivery. The prices where just a good as the big name appliances stores. I had nothing but bad luck with the big chain stores and probably will never go back to them. I will be a loyal shopper from here on out with them read more

When Rosendahl owned this center, service and prices and people were fantastic. After it sold I did go and was very happy with service and price. I went on August 29, 2020 and was treated like crap. When I walked in I did not realize it was closed. There were four other people looking at appliances and getting their questions answered. Asked for service and the employee very rudely said they were closed. Will never go back. Bought my dryer from another local store was treated wonderfully. It was not a big box store. I wish I was able to give negative stars, I absolutely would. I've been trying to get my dishwasher repaired or replaced for 4 weeks, and am still waiting. We have left multiple messages and made numerous phone calls to them, no calls back. Finally get a person, they schedule a time and never showed up. Never called. They claim they got the numbers confused, after leaving multiple messages with my phone number I doubt that's the issue. Then to add the icing on the cake, the jerk that answers the phone hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Things that have been stressful about this whole ordeal are things that you shouldn't be stressed about when trying to get an appliance repaired. Save yourself the stress. We bought a Speed Queen washing machine here and I will never shop anywhere else for appliances. The service was excellent, the delivery was quick and free and we got the top of the line model with a 7 year warranty for $150 less than another appliance store in the area was going to charge us for the middle of the road model with a delivery fee as well as an additional $40 to take it up a light of steps to our second floor laundry. Rosenthal's provided us with an excellent shopping experience. read more

I love this store. I just recently moved to the area and didn't know they were there. I went to another appliance store in the area and it was a nightmare. I then found Rosendahl's. It was a perfect shopping experience. I love the appliances. The owner was a tremendous help. The service was exceptional and the expert installer is truly an expert. He did such a perfect job installing my appliances. I would never shop anywhere else. The expert installer went above and beyond what he needed to do. I couldn't be more pleased. I cannot stop looking at the job he did. I highly recommend this store and wouldn't shop anywhere else. read more

Let me start by saying this company does not know how to provide quality customer service or answer their phone. They sold me a bad model and refuse to take responsibility for it. I purchased a GE washer and dryer from them on 11/2/18. They were delivered the following week and neither has worked since then day they were delivered and hooked up. The washing machine throws out a "cancelled" code 8 out of 10 loads. It will fill up and start a cycle and within 10-15 minutes, the cycle stops and says cancelled. The other 2 tmes that it will actually get to the drain and spin cycle, it doesn't drain and spin!!! I open the lid to put the clothes into the dryer and they are SOAKING WET. The clothes are put in completely evenly and by the middle of the cycle, they are all twisted up and pushed to one side, so when it does decide to spin, it's off balance and smashes itself against the wall. The dryer hasn't worked since day 1 as well. I would hit start, and the machine would shut off. I was told to unplug it and plug it back in after an hour. Seriously???? A brand new machine and I have to mess around with the plug for it to work?? After 3 weeks of dealing with these issues, they finally decided to replace the set with the same exact washer and dryer. They were delivered in December and have been doing the same exact things, but WORSE!!! The washer is doing all of the same exact things, and now the dryer won't heat up and then after they sent a service guy out, it won't even turn on at this point!!! They refuse to give my money back and want to keep sending out service guys. This is extremely POOR customer service. I have had to take off multiple days of work to wait for service people to show up, sometimes they would call off and I'd have to wait another week for a different service guy , and have spent hours and hours at the laundry mat while a $1200 washer and dryer just sit in my house that are not useable!! This entire situation is disgusting and will be taken to the attorney generals office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone!!! Save yourself some grief and shop at Lowe's or Home Depot where they actually answer their phone and know what good customer service is!! read more

I called to ask about a washer and dryer. There was no answer so I left a message. I got a call back the same day. The gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a suitable set and they were delivered the next day. Local delivery is free. The deliverymen were polite and efficient. They hooked up the new appliances, gave them a test run to ensure they worked properly, and hauled away the old ones. They were here and gone in no time, and took all of the packaging with them. I am so happy that I bought from this hometown establishment. Their prices are comparable to big box stores AND you get treated well. It was obvious that I was appreciated. i had a very pleasant experience w/this company;. took all the stress out of a dishwasher purchase - no pressure, worked within my budget, the owner Gary was extremely knowledgeable about features. In addition to great customer service and quick turnaround time from purchase to delivery/installation, i really like that for something like this i am helping a local family owned business.
