Very friendly, honest, and punctual. Chris was able to quickly troubleshoot my refrigerator. There was a bit of a delay in actually repairing it, because his supplier no longer stocked the part because my refrigerator was a few years out of date. He was able to locate the part through another supplier, but showed me how to keep the refrigerator functioning until the part came in. It was one of the coldest days this year and (due to some old shotty aluminum wiring) we lost complete power to our furnace. It was a weekend, so (of course) we could hardly find any electricians to even take our call. Then enter Red Beard Electrical. Matthew answered on the first ring, he was so kind, quick and well-informed. He advised me to call around as he had a full schedule that day, but told me to call him back and let him know if I was able to find someone. Well, all I was able to find was one place that wanted to charge me a $200 emergency fee (and that would be on top of the work). So, I called Matthew back to let him know. Even though he was booked up, he added extra hours to his work day to fit us in. When he got here he was worked quickly, explained everything that was going on (in terms I could actually understand), and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I seriously can not recommend him highly enough.
