Services I have had done there are: tires, alignment, oil changes, sensor replacement. And things they didn't charge me for were flat repairs, and diagnosing an electrical problem that ended up just a fuse replacement.

They told her they had the top of the line code reader and it was saying the code couldn't be cleared. They never denied that they set the light off. When I called up there to clarify and see what their solution was, the owner was very short with me, insisted that the it couldn't be fixed. When I asked if we took it to another mechanic and got it fixed if we could bring him the receipt for him to reimburse us and he was adamant that he would not. We took it to Automotive Supercenter on the loop so they could look at it. All it ended up being was a dirty ABS sensor.

Simple oversight but needed to be corrected. I called and figured I would get nowhere with the issue. I was very much wrong as I have never seen a company who went above and beyond to make a customer satisfied/happy as Autobody Express did for me. I expected to meet resistance on it and they just took care of me, no questions asked. I will always use them should I need body work done again and I recommend them to anybody. Pull into the lot about 10am the said trailer is hooked to another truck. Salesman approaches and says how can I help. I state I spoke with Tim all week and this morning and I was coming to get that trailer. he replies with " well It just sold " I said there's no way I have text showing that I was on my way and he acknowledged that he knew. Salesman and owner refused to call gentleman back and inform them they made a mistake and to make things right. Instead they watch us walk back to our truck with cash and leave pissed off. Now I took a whole day off of work and spent about 9 hours round trip in my truck to get treated like this. now I have no trailer all new sink and appliances that were made to be put in the trailer and stuck with it. Thanks Tim ! I have informed continental cargo of this horrible business and they neither are happy. This company deserves all it has coming for not making it right. I decided to purchase a stereo for my truck and have it professionally installed. I picked up by truck several hours later and was absolutely impressed, to the point that I purchased another one for a family member the next day. When looking for window tint options for my Tesla, I settled on them as the installer due to their experience and professionalism. I had several concerns about the access to the vehicle and the type of tinting they would do with all the glass. After briefly speaking with one of them, all concerns were addressed and I ultimately elected to go with the ceramic tint option.
