Trevor has not balked at taking care of them, and I 100% believe in him and his follow through. If you meet him, he WILL sell you a new boat, even if you are not looking for one, so beware. Anyone would love to have a beer or two with this guy. I also interacted with Dan H, one of the owners. Dan is a no nonsense, a straight shooter, and gets down to business. Plus, a very interesting background - helicopter pilot, etc. - and as far as I can tell he is a legit stud half Evil Knievel and half Clint Eastwood. He is flexible and knows how to cut a reasonable deal, doesn't get hung up on the smaller things. Very big picture thinker. He said he had a diver "Go Rogue" leaving multiple boats in my marina unserviced including mine. He can't account for when the last cleaning was or if I was billed accurately. The cleanliness of the bottom of a boat affects boat speed, fuel use and the life of your bottom paint-all which can be expensive. So, you want to pick a service carefully. Dockside Divers have been contracted on our boat since we brought it up from Mexico for approximately 9 months. They have been very professional and easy to work with we have talked to them on the phone and the divers in the dock. We have chatted when we were checking on the state of the zincs and if they had the exact one or if we wanted to use our own. I will be checking the bottom from the water when we go over to Mariner's Cove. I will update when I check on the cleanliness of the bottom.
