I thought, sure would be nice to have that Jeep when I was contacted by a salesman who said hey, are you interested in vehicle? I said yeah, but the numbers probably won't work out. He goes, Let's see what we can do. I will tell you this From the time I started working with the Salesman, The Appraiser, the Sales Manager, and the Finance advisor at the end of signing, Everybody was amazing! Out of the vast majority of cars I have purchased, and I purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime 30+. This was without a doubt, the most pleasant, most enjoyable, easiest negotiating, purchase I've ever done. They gave me fair trade-in values on both of my cars and I got better than the payment I expected at the end of the deal. Special thanks to Gary LEO For being such an awesome salesman and just an all-around polite person to be around During this purchase process (GARY's awesome SERVICE DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN EQUALLY IMPRESSIVE). Everybody else was awesome through the process. Luis ZARCO in Financing was also above and beyond the call of duty yesterday, not only thoroughly go over the contract with me; he gave me more than fair options for service contracts and extended warranty contracts, but he took an exuberant amount of extra time to cancel my extended warranties on my two trade-ins! Luis also did me the biggest favor of transferring my personal plates off of one of my cars to my new 2026 Jeep Rubicon. And those are virtue have dealt with the DMV know that is a huge savings in time out of your life, not having to deal with DMV. Thanks again to everyone at Hemet Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep!

I brought my 2020 Gladiator there for a trouble light after having a mechanic replace the aluminum steering box. Long story short, they tried to charge me nearly $1000 for a new clock spring. **Yelp Review for JEP:**…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with JEP on a unique upgrade for my Mercedes Sprinter van. From the outset, I encountered challenges with parts availability, but Josh and his team provided a transparent and accurate estimate throughout the project. While the timeline extended due to parts delays, I truly appreciated Josh's commitment to quality over speed. His dedication to ensuring the final product met his high standards--and mine--was evident. The end result exceeded my expectations; the craftsmanship is professional, high-quality, and visually stunning. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend JEP and would rate them higher if I could!

I would give this shop 0 stars if I could…read more I brought my car in because it had an intermittent stalling issue. The shop charged me for repairs and assured me the problem was fixed. Less than 2 miles after leaving their shop, the car broke down again with the exact same issue. In fact, I couldn't even make it two blocks away before I was stranded on the side of the road. When I took the car back, instead of standing behind their work, they charged me for another diagnostic fee. They then told me I needed to replace virtually every fuel system component and claimed that would solve the problem. After spending even more money, the vehicle still had the same issue. They also told me I needed new spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Later I discovered that some of the parts appeared to be used rather than new, despite being charged for replacement parts. To make matters worse, I found evidence that some of the work they billed me for was never actually completed. They originally told me installing a new gas tank would take about 4 hours. When the bill came, they claimed it took 12 hours. I was also charged a fee for removing a gas tank, even though the vehicle did not have the tank configuration they described. I specifically had them remove the side-mounted fuel sender because I did not like the noise it made. They convinced me to install a new tank with an in-tank sender and promised the noise would go away. After spending approximately $1,800, the exact same noise is still there. Another major issue was dealing with Josh. Trying to get answers from him required a tremendous amount of patience. His customer service skills were poor, and I constantly felt like my concerns were being dismissed instead of addressed. This shop also kept my car for weeks at a time with very little progress. What makes that even more frustrating is that after all that time, I picked up the car and couldn't even make it two blocks down the road before it stranded me again with the exact same problem I brought it in for. What professional repair shop returns a vehicle to a customer without properly road-testing it and verifying that the original complaint has actually been fixed? If they had done even a basic test drive, they would have immediately discovered the issue was still there. After spending thousands of dollars, being charged multiple diagnostic fees, waiting weeks for repairs, and still ending up with a car that wasn't fixed, I have completely lost confidence in this shop. Poor diagnostics, questionable billing practices, poor communication, and no accountability for their work.also i cant even pull into my driveway without gas pouring out of the gas tank talked to Josh about this all he can say is get a new gas cap I feel the gas tank should of came with a new gas cap for what I paid. I dont know if they hit a pot hole or something but now I have a cracked rim that cost me a extra because a careless shop. I will never do business with this shop again and would strongly recommend that others think twice before trusting them with their vehicles.

Sandy Vans to the Rescue!…read more So... my original awning decided to pick a fight with the wind. The wind won. Turns out my Exclusive Outfitters-built Sprinter van had a VERY heavy electric Dometic awning supported by only TWO mounting brackets. And just to make things more interesting, those brackets were attached with riv-nuts drilled into the corner of my roof--which also happens to be a pop-top. I'm no engineer, but a giant heavy awning + two brackets + a pop-top roof apparently wasn't the winning combination we all hoped for. Enter Sandy Vans. I live in San Diego and needed a replacement awning ASAP because we're leaving for Utah in a couple of days. I contacted Sandy Vans and had an awesome experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Cindy two days in a row, and she was fantastic--super helpful, courteous, patient, and accommodating. When I came in to pick up the awning, if she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she didn't just shrug and send me on my way. She immediately found someone who did. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Then came Braden. Also extremely helpful and accommodating. He handled my purchase and even gave me his cell number so I could text him if I decided to install the awning myself and needed some technical support. He did briefly mistake my Sprinter for a Ford Transit... I'll forgive him. My van has a pop-top, so it doesn't look like the 9-foot-tall Sprinter skyscrapers that make up about 90% of camper vans these days. Then Brian came out from the shop and actually took the time to look over my van and roof rack to figure out how I could mount the new awning. He gave me several ideas, explained different options, and made the whole project seem doable. Sandy Vans offered to install it, but apparently I enjoy making my life more difficult, so I decided to tackle the installation myself with a good friend. About 2.5 hours, some cutting, grinding, a few choice words directed at the old mounting brackets, and probably a questionable amount of confidence later... NEW AWNING INSTALLED! What impressed me most about Sandy Vans was that they were helpful even after realizing I might not be paying them to do the installation. They still took the time to answer questions, look at my setup, offer advice, and make themselves available if I ran into problems. That says a lot about a business. I highly recommend Sandy Vans for their customer service, knowledge, courtesy, availability, and willingness to actually help their customers. Cindy, Braden, and Brian were all great to deal with. Now hopefully this awning and the Utah wind can maintain a respectful relationship.

I finally got around to reaching out to Sandy Vans to see about getting a replacement and was told that "this item is outside of their return window" (which is 30 days) but they could offer me $50 off towards a new $200 bug screen.. which seems silly considering the first one fell apart. I'm not sure about their other products, but the bug screens are garbage! I declined their pitiful offer of $50 off a new one and told them I'd purchase from a company with a more durable product. I'd recommend anyone else thinking about buying this product do the same!
