Great work from Larry and Josh! My car was acting crazy, the odometer stopped working, car started working harder than normal to drive... I took it in to Larry's and they were able to find the fix for me. Now my car drives like a beaut. It's been a few weeks since I brought it in, so just a confirmation that it's a for good fix! Sloppy Mechanic work and a crook. Provided him with a GOOD used low mileage used engine and transmission for swapping out. On the test drive the serpentine belt we came loose because of a bolt they forgot to tighten and caused Loud clanking sound. Took close to a week to get him to address the issue. He returned my car to me with a check engine, light on and stalling. Had to take it to another mechanic to diagnose. Codes for check, engine light indicated a faulty, throttle position sensor and a misfire on fifth cylinder. He charge me $2200 in labor alone. Easy fixes for a competent mechanic . He is an INcompetent mechanic and a VERY SHADY CHATACTER ! read more

This is the worst shop I've ever encountered. I was encouraged to pay cash without a receipt. The business thrives on under the table business so the father and son can drive new Dodge pick up trucks with money that should have been paid in taxes. I have no recourse not having a receipt. The brakes were improperly installed, I returned 3 times saying the brakes were pulling and pulsating, and each time I left with the same problem. 3 months later I took it somewhere else and found the wheel cylinders were leaking, the spring kit was original, and the installation was performed incorrectly. The entire brake job had to be done over again. The drums were never turned or replaced. This place takes shortcuts. My radiator was also serviced at Larry's and the new shop found nothing but water was added to it, no antifreeze mix whatsoever. I was completely ripped off by a shady shop. read more

WARNING RIP OFF REPAIRS went here with my truck had over 3000 in work done and it took a month to get it done and 3 return trips plus I almost had a fire in truck they connected stereo by scraping insulation off wire and wrapping wire around it no tape solder connectors what a rip off had to have brakes redone they are a scam shop almost cost me my life when brakes failed this place should be avoided at all costs SAFETY WARNING IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE Work done was subpar and unsafe cannot stress enough do not use these guys they can't repair a bicycle and you would be better off getting it towed to a real shop these guys are not certified or mechanics the employ drug users and scam artists read more

I have been going to Larry for repairs and oil changes on my 2003 Toyota Matrix for a couple of years. I had my hoses replaced, and yesterday had rear struts replaced with quality Monroe Spectrum. My first encounter with Larry's Mobile Auto repair was when my daughter's car window got stuck open. It was going to rain later that day and she panicked. We called Larry's after a brief search of auto repair shops, and took the car there to see what could be done. She couldn't at that time afford to get the window motor replaced, but they pulled the window up for her, for free. I remembered that, and when I needed to replace my battery in my VW Beetle, I took it to Larry's, since no auto parts store would touch the car. They replaced the battery for very little money, and had me on the road again in record time. This time I took my car in to get both headlights and taillights changed. All blew out at the same time. (Pfft--Volkswagons, am I right?) They quoted me a possible price, and it ended up being less than what they quoted me. These guys are good, they are quick, they are honest, and they know what they're doing. I appreciate them so much. I highly recommend them. read more

I took my truck in to have the hydraulic clutch slave replaced. I decided to have a complete clutch job performed while the transmission was out, (internal slave) to include clutch disk, pressure plate, resurface flywheel, pilot bearing & release bearing. These jokers never resurfaced the flywheel (as required by clutch manufacturer) Not resurfacing automatically voids clutch warranty!!! I told them about the (chatter) I had been experiencing. It was very obvious why, but they said flywheel was fine. Any reputable mechanic will ALWAYS resurface flywheel when doing a clutch job. Thanks for nothing Larry! Had to go elsewhere and have transmission pulled again. read more
