The job was completed in about 4 hours like quoted, and the price felt fair for the amount of work done. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is there are a couple small imperfections along the edges (looks like minor tooling marks). Nothing major, but noticeable up close. Overall still solid work and definitely worth it if you need upholstery repairs done.

I called this shop and spoke with Charles. I was pleasantly impressed that he listened to what I wanted and took the time to discuss options. There was zero pressure and I was never pushed on a product. I ended up getting a complete stereo system with subwoofers. I hitched a ride with a friend and got to the shop a few hours earlier than it was supposed to finished and saw that they had a protective steering wheel cover and seat cover on it.
