I recently got a base model Mustang and wanted to fix what the factory called a stereo so I called this shop. I was worried about keeping steering wheel controls and the back up camera. I called this shop and spoke with Charles. I was pleasantly impressed that he listened to what I wanted and took the time to discuss options. There was zero pressure and I was never pushed on a product. I ended up getting a complete stereo system with subwoofers. I hitched a ride with a friend and got to the shop a few hours earlier than it was supposed to finished and saw that they had a protective steering wheel cover and seat cover on it. I was happy to see that they treated it with care. Charles tuned the system, which made it sound like I was in the front row of a live show. He also took the time to sit in the vehicle with me and explain features and made sure I was happy. To sum it up, I found someone with a passion for what they do and they earned a life long customer. An hour later the job was done, they said they did the best they could straightening out a bent bumper attachment(hmm no mention to using those parts I paid for??). The end result was marginally better than before I brought vehicle to them. I sent before and after photos to the owner asking if this was the best they could do, but they didn't reply. Vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and very clean with no previous accidents. Bottom line, if you have a lease car and insurance sends you to these guys, they are fine. If you are looking for real craftsmanship, I would not recommend them.
