Supposed to be a full service bank, it really isn't…read more At this location, the staff are very friendly, who are very good at their jobs. My beef is with their Bill Pay system. The vendor they use for Bill Pay must have loved using the Pony Express. The vendor they use is not electronically connected to the "large" credit card company I use for my business expenses, therefore payment are made via US (Snail) Mail. I process my payment at the end of the month and my due date is the 16th of the following month. Every month, I sweat it out that the check, Frontier Bank sent, will arrive before my due date. Last month, Frontier Bank mailed a check on July 30th and was processed at my bank of August 15th! This issue has been going on for months and on September 30th, my accounts will be closed. My other bank, located in Austin and all over the US, has no issues with their Bill Pay system. Stay tuned to see if Frontier Bank really cares about customers and makes a change for the better.

On the filing day, I repeatedly tried to communicate urgency due to work obligations but was left in the dark and only later found out an extension had been submitted without my knowledge. That's completely unacceptable. The phone interaction was also unprofessional, I was frequently interrupted and spoken over, which felt disrespectful.
