Saying that their representatives and Creative Planning are fiduciaries -- I'd like to see teams of lawyers argue their lack of performance, service and misuse of that word. Very disappointed. Waste of time, money, involvement. We could not continue with CP. Relationship became painful. Find a better way.

My wife and I both liked Brenda and the way that we were treated at the office. It's a very nice new office and the receptionist is excellent as well. We were curious about a few things for our retirement planning and Brenda helped us quite a bit. She was very kind and generous with her time, and answered all of our questions. We feel that we are on the right track and that piece of mind is invaluable. I highly recommend Fidelity.

In Dec 2019 I was quoted by Jeff Walstrom $775 for health ins. for the 2020 year. I agreed to the…read morepolicy and enrolled in auto debit for the pmts. In Jan of 2020, I received an email from Jeff Walstrom stating my ins. would go up to $910 a month effective Feb 1, 2020. I complained and reminded him he quoted me less than 30 days ago, so he agreed to honor the $775 price through May of 2020. In May of 2020, I was charged 910.00 which was not supposed to happen until June of 2020. Then in June of 2020, I was auto debited $1035 without any notification from Jeff Walstrom or BCBS. I emailed him several times and sent him a copies of the rate sheet he provided. Jeff stated the rates increased again in June and the rate sheet was now expired. Now I am paying over $1035 a month for a policy that was originally quoted at $775. My rate was increased of $261.76 in 6 months. I also never approved the auto debit amounts to raise or be changed without my knowledge, so I am filing a BBB complaint. Jeff Walstrom is not a good agent, nor is he good with communication, nor does he follow-up on anything. He quotes you and enrolls you into auto debit, then takes more money that he is supposed to. CHECK YOUR AUTO DEBIT if you have a policy with him.

They don't count your money out to you they use a money counter I like my cash Hand counted out I don't trust machines! No candy or cookies out in the lobby like community of America credit union! & Wells Fargo Bank is a KILLLLLER on fees that's why I closed all my accounts they charge for EVERYTHING literally
