We contracted with Goin Green to relandscape our backyard for thousands of dollars. Initially…read morethings looked great but after about 6 months we noticed bushes weren't growing at all and some plants and trees they planted were dying. The sprinkler system they installed never did work well enough to keep things watered properly. They never replaced anything without charging us as they assured us it was our "soil" that was the problem (which they had prepared before planting!) so we paid to replace dead items. This spring we asked them to plant flowering color in our front yard. In a large planting area where they planted, nothing (!) grew. Of course it was because they planted flowers that need full sun, but unfortunately they were under a tree and got no sun. Dead stuff again. Last straw. After not showing up last week due to 4th of July (I get that), and supposed to be coming tomorrow, I get an email that they are "too over stretched" and are quitting immediately. Not sure they should be in this business.

He stayed in his white truck blocking my neighbors access. When he arrived, I noticed that his truck was oversized. I moved my recycling trash bin to accommodate his truck. He didn't re-park. He didn't step out and introduce himself. He didn't roll down the window and say hi. I didn't mention anything to his son, because it's important to establish contractor communication skills prior to signing contract. I already know that if I have to complain before the contract is signed, then it will be a struggle to get the work done correctly or at the agreed-upon price. It's important to give a contractor every opportunity to do the right thing and to see how they execute simple customer service tasks. I was promised an estimate by Tuesday, 27 May but nothing has arrived in the agreed-upon email account. I inquired about the quote on text and nothing. I verified that nothing was accidentally sent to spam and nothing. It is now 8 PM on Saturday, May 31. Unfortunately, I can't trust Signature Touch Landscape to present common courtesy to me or my neighborhood.

Oh no problem going to get right back to you. With us it was the next time they trimmed our trees years later. Last time the same. Left a tree stump at least 2 inches high and 5-7 inches wide. 2 dead limbs on pine tree. Asked Bryan Maze, part owner, 2-3 times to come back and finish. But guess was already paid so didn't even bother contacting us. This man brings his family by to treat or treat on Halloween, we know them. No matter. Still doesn't finish job. Guess he thinks he will do next time he comes in couple of years. His workers do not do a good job of cleaning up after. Leaves BROKEN stepping stones. Says will replace, BUT DOESN'T. Uses water hoses and leaves wherever they drop them, don't even curl hose up, just leaves wherever. Sprinkler box in ground was so crooked when put lid on it would not sit inside like supposed to. Our gardener dug it up and reset it straight so will close now. Used to be good and reliable company, but not anymore. They were working across the street and I texted co-owner Bryan Maze if could get ours while so close. No response. Not even days later to say not doing til you hire us again. Do not recommend. I know there are reliable owners and workers in the Tulare area.

We received multiple ideas and pricing from several companies. Evergreen was actually the last company that we met with. Phil came by our house at a time that worked for us and quickly came up with great ideas for our space that fit in our budget. He was very knowledgable about drought resistant plants and landscaping to suit our busy lifestyle. We both agreed his company was the best choice as he seemed more experienced than the others. He took our idea and made them better and more workable. We had sprinklers installed, which he was very informative about pertaining to how many stations we needed, size of pipes and our specific system we already had. Many things I would not have thought of and other companies did not mention. Our sprinklers and drip system work wonderfully. He also helped us choose each plant and tree. Not only did he help us choose drought resistant plants that would add color, but he made sure they were low maintenance and easy to care for, one of our wants. We had five trees planted and the ones he helped us choose are absolutely perfect and what o pictured. The other thing we wanted was more concrete areas and a fire pit. Again the work was very well done. The stamping done on the concrete is beautiful, but simple to blend with the existing concrete patio we had. He also added DG on the sides of the house, for the dog kennel and the utility area. (Where your trash cans and shed would be kept. The DG was a great suggestion as it is more cost effective than adding more concrete, but it feels almost like concrete and looks very nice. Now the actual fire pit they built I can't praise enough. It is absolutely beautiful. He also buried the propane line below ground and routed it to the side of the house so that the tank would be hidden out of sight and not an eye sore. Brilliant! A touch I wouldn't have thought of and one no other company suggested. The company was professional, all of the gentleman that worked on our property were happy to answer questions and did great work. Our yard is now a place we can enjoy and the design is exactly as we pictured, but better.

He took my simple boring plan and helped me to see what my space could be. My plans would have made it the same boring that I was previously doing on my own. Joseph was also able to fix my concerns about always having a lot of maintenance and having to fidget with sprinklers all the time. He put in a retaining wall and built flower beds with drip irrigation. He walked the nursery to help me pick the plants I wanted and some I didn't even know I wanted; I really love them all now.
