Ross was definitely the exception. I wanted to see a watch. The case was locked so I went up to the customer service desk to ask for Assistance. There were two women talking and before I even got to open my mouth one looks over "eyes look me up and down" and she burts out " were not open here" I say I'm not checking out but need to see a watch. The girl with the dark hair looks back at the blonde gal and finishes her instruction to her then tells her she needs to get a key and walks over to us. She barley looks at me as she asks which watch. I tell her, she gives me the watch. Stands over me (there was no table and I had to hand the items in my arms to my niece) I then knelt down and took the watch out. It was too big. I hand it back to her and she still does not look at me. As I was trying the watch on, the blonde girl came over and started another conversation with dark haired girl. At that point I was a fully irritated and mumbled some passive aggressive statement about horrible service. We go up and to the only guy on a register, Travis, and ask the names of the women. They were nearby and he was visibly nervous as he told me (Hanna and Gina) apparently Gina is the manager. I had to prompt him when I asked for the general manager. He said "Gina is the manager" I asked who she reports to and he glanced at the girls then told me "Alyssa". If this is true, Alyssa-those two need some customer service training. They were rude and wanted to be anywhere but with a customer. We were smiling and cheerful. We were polite and this is how we were treated. Never coming here again! We walked down the mall a bit and found another chain store that was so friendly and positive. The employees were singing softly, they were helpful and hilarious. Maybe send those two over there to observe how customer service is done!

I told him I would get him it for his 8th birthday in August, but it was also empty so I waited for christmas. The Switch 2s have been out of stock since June.Second problem: Delivery Scandal! I ordered one thing and that was for a cirkul water bottle and a set of the flavors. I thought it would take a day to a week, but it took a month. A month for a small cirkul package and flavors. I could of just drove down to pick one up myself. Third problem: better items are only for delivery. This was the reason I decided to do delivery for my cirkul. Every time I go in for a toy or other item for Chickama and Jepster, I open them to find many items gone. Everything I get in store is either ruined or missing many necessities. But once I ordered online (and even had the patience to wait weeks for small things) They look perfect and taken with care. At least they cared for the patient people that do delivery instead of in store shopping ‍

was inline at checkout and I noticed 2 boys horsing around and being smart with each, just being…read morekids. at some point 1 must have not scanned or missed an item. the security dude was a complete D***. instead of giving the kid a stern warning and being done with it, he called the cops and pressed charges I heard the Mom talking with the kid on the way out and the security douche pressed theft charges for $10. ridiculous. I used to spend about $500 a month on groceries there due to convenience, but that ended today. I will be taking my $500 a month to Winco for groceries from now on. I understand how preventing theft is important to stores, but this kid made a mistake at self checkout. nothing in either one of their actions warranted any suspicion they were stealing. shame on Walmart for hiring such a tyrant.
