She did not notify me of changes that were made to my policy and the worst part is that she didn't even take any responsibility for the fact she had made a mistake. I tried reaching out to Joseph many times to meet in person to try and solve the issue, but he didn't want to meet once, just gave me excuses as to why my problem is not theirs. Apparently even when your account on autopay and you TRUST your agent, if any changes are made you won't get notified and you will pay more without knowing. I would NOT recommend this agency!!!
