We tried one of all the tacos they had to offer. Both vegetarian and meat options but none had the taste. We were very disappointed in the tacos. It was pricey as well, definitely will not go back and do not recommend this place at Tobermory.

The food is quite delicious and authentic. We had a smoked salmon bagel, Birria Tacos, La Paz chicken tacos & quesadilla, and Aloo Masala tacos. Overall it's fantastic & the service is excellent. The only downside is that the portion is relatively small. Each adult may need to have more than three tacos (at least 23$ without tax) for a proper meal.

Looking past the tourist-pricing, the coffee itself is decent here. My cappuccino had a nice dark roast with chocolately notes, a medium body, with foam that was serviceable although could've been tighter. The ice latte was the better drink and had a hint of cinnamon to make things interesting, double shot definitely recommended to give it a stronger coffee flavor though. We also got a breakfast sandwich which had a decent amount of egg, two slices of bacon, and served with a croissant bun which actually tasted good minus the microwaved texture. Overall, this place isn't bad although it isn't great either. They do have a nice dog-friendly patio and the music is not obtrusive so it's really easy to have a conversation here. I'd say look at their menu online and decide if the prices are reasonable to you. Grabbing a quick drink won't be too bad but adding food and snacks will probably quickly add up quickly.

The place was packed with long stretched lines. Please be aware of that if you plan on grabbing breakfast here before your excursion for the day. Even with the long line, the food and coffee was awesome. We grabbed to-go coffees, spinach croissants, breakfast croissants and everything was amazing. I wish we had enough time to eat here peacefully but we were already late so had to rush. Overall, a great place for coffee and breakfast.

Really grateful for small but great eateries like these at the regional airports! We had the: -Boarding Pass Banquet Burger (added on the onion rings with the fries, I'd prefer the fries) -International chicken wrap (the breaded chicken breast was great, but I was expecting it was grilled chicken breast based on the menu. I'll try requesting that next time).

Hungry Hangar is literally beside the Keppel International runway so it is a very cool place to watch small planes take off and land while eating. It's so popular with locals that the owners had to ask patrons to keep their stay to 1.5 hours so other customers can also dine with them. Sure enough, mid--way through our meal, a plan landed and taxied right to the window, parked, while the pilot hopped out and walked to the office building next to the restaurant. This is our first visit to Wiarton and we wanted to have breakfast locally. On a Tuesday morning, only two restaurants served breakfast. So glad we chose this one. We both love skillets and chose one with kielbasa sausage and one with thick slides bacon pieces. Our server was so friendly and helpful in describing the menu. We elected to have the sauce on the side; she was really open to meeting our needs. When our skillets came, they were literally medium-sized cast iron skillets, filled with crispy home potatoes, onions, bell pepper, loaded with meat and two perfectly medium fried eggs on top, with just the right amount of melted cheddar cheese. We thoroughly enjoyed HALF of our meals, dabbing our forks in the tangy, sweet sauce and sipping our very fresh decaf coffee. What a comfort meal. We boxed up our other half and will repeat this joyful meal tomorrow morning in our hotel room, though the ambience will not be nearly as entertaining. The restaurant was filled with locals, always a good sign. It's a rather small room with about 8 tables, so there is likely to be a wait on weekends. That's OK. It's worth the wait. The price was very reasonable, especially given the generous portion sizes. We will definitely be returning to try their lunch entrees. The menu looked wonderful, with many tried and true satisfying choices. Definitely out this diner in your list if you are anywhere nearby. And save time to hang around and watch airplanes do their thing.
