If I can give this place a negative star I would. 30 mins ago I bought these tulips & a bunch of eucalyptus as well. When I got home I realized while taking the plastic off the flowers mold & they were dying. I called the shop & an elder lady picked up the phone. I told her what was going & she started Demanding I bring back the flowers either today, or tomorrow. To see what I'm seeing, and if not she wouldn't reimburse me. She also blamed me for not checking the flowers while I was there, and that it wasn't their fault. She kept talking over me, & was extremely rude. She kept mentioning that she was not going to reimburse me unless I brought the flowers in. She didn't care that I specifically told her I live an hour away & I would not be able to. I asked her for a phone number to send the photos of the flowers which she kept denying giving me a number. She ended up hanging up on me, calling me from a new phone to apparently send the photos there. She also asked me what I was going to do with the flowers which I told her clearly throw away which then she laughed. I sent the photos & never got a response. Not only was this the worst customer service, but she was EXTREMELY Unprofessional & a waste of my money. Save your money & go to another flower shop. read more

After many years of buying here, I will Never Go to this shop again. This Flower Shop started very well many years ago when they first started out. For a few years now the service at the store has declined very much, To the extreme every time I go in this store I leave disappointed. First when they give you a price there are times they don't give you the change back. You ask for a specific type of Rose and they give you whatever they want and then charge it more and more expensive each time. All there roses are different, they all do not open the same. You speak to these ladies there and you get blank stares and bad service. After years of going here I will no longer shop at this store. Very disappointing how there service has declined during the years. Just going here is a struggle with the parking and then to have to deal with the service it is just unbearable. read more

I've been a faithful customer of this business even before they had two shops when they were selling flowers by the shopping center of La Carreta, for what I am extremely hurt that they keep lying to me. The reason why I bought flowers from them it's because once they blossomed they were espectacular! They were huuuuge.... old customers know what I am talking about. I would drive from Hialeah to this place just to buy these gorgeous roses, I would even parked across the street because there are no spaces available at this location, but the last two-three times I have asked them very kindly that i do not care about the color I only care about those type of roses and honestly it is hard to identify them as rosebuds and they just lie! the last few times I have bought roses from them they are the typical ones that you can buy on the street from a random person. You would never think to stop here unless you either learned of its existence by someone or actually bought roses from the woman selling roses from a pull cart in the parking lot of La Carreta restaurant, hence it's name. So why follow her to a store front location when there are so many selling roses in every corner? The answer is the ROSES. Long stem roses offered in every color that are guaranteed to open up. Once You buy these roses you will never buy from anywhere else. You will pay 3 times as much in other local florist and you will not get the roses to open up the way these do. A dozen roses for $12. Holidays $20. They offer arrangements but this is not their forte. You can toss them in a vase or make an arrangement and you will have beautiful flowers without spending a lot of money. They carry other flowers such as hydrangeas, sunflowers, orchids and Lilly's which are also inexpensive and good quality. read more

The two things I dislike about this place is #1 the parking and #2 the inside and how crowded it gets - there is never a line, but a lot of people wanting to get help / pay for flowers. I have to say they are not the cheapest ones in town either but for cheap flowers stop at an intersection and pay $5 for a dozen. But don't come here and complain about the price how some reviews mentioned just deal with it, because YES, they are pricey but beautiful! Best flowers in town so far, I shop around and believe me, no roses like the ones sold at this location. read more

The lady's response was they are all fresh. I purchased a dozen flowers for my wife. I went straight home and my wife put them in a vase with water. Sunday one of flowers was already dead. The flowers at this shop are the most beautiful flowers I found in Miami. The roses open so big, when we have people visiting us they can't stop admiring how beautiful the flowers are. The flowers are worth the 5 stars. But their customer service is horrible. The daughter of the owner makes it seem like she is doing us a favor. I had a horrible experience with her and pricing, then she called us liars to our face when we finally wanted to order a flower arrangement. She also wanted to argue with me and tell me she was right and I the customer was wrong. Thankfully her mother (the owner) was there and she took the order for us. These are the best roses in Miami by far! My mother has been a loyal client ever since the owner would stand and sell her flowers outside of La Carreta on bird road. Not only are there flowers always fresh and ALWAYS open beautifully; the owners are the most honest and kind ladies,(Mother and daughter team). My mother and I have been loyal to them for over 15 years. When my sister got married last year my mom purchased my sisters bouquet to them and it was gourgous! They really are the real deal. Their flowers are beautiful. Best roses in town however they have the worst Costumer service ever. I ordered my mother an arrangment for Valentine's day 3 weeks prior. I was on the phone for 30 minutes because the women taking my order could not find the style/arrangment I was asking for even though it was on the front page of their website. I even gave her the arrangement number. After she got all my information, she then yells at the owner I wanted the arrangement for delivery to which she said no. Couldn't she have told me that in the beginning of the order??? On Valentine's day I went to pick it up at 11, the pick up time we agreed on. They didn't have my arrangment. I had to wait for them to make it. When they finally gave it to me it was much smaller than the picture online AND my vase was a plastic Christmas cup. It had mistletoe on it. Very amazing place for flowers!! But this past experience was terrible , although we are regular customers and an average of $1000 dollars a year in flowers from there! This past experience as always beautiful flowers but my fiancé had arranged a personalized bouquet of 25 black prince roses and orchids an average of $400 dollars for a bouquet to my astonishment once they got to me there were only 15 roses. My fiancé called and arrange for me to go pick up the remaining roses the next day! Next day i went when i got there crazy, waited my turn and i asked to speak to someone and explained the situation had explained that i had to talk to someone else, same process explained and i was informed that they didn't know that i had to speak to the owner.. After speaking to the owner and waiting around cause they couldn't find the order she gave me a hard time to give me the other roses and not the ones he had paid for some cheap looking roses!! And i had also explained they were going to give me baby breath for the inconvenience as they had told him the day before!! They made me feel like an idiot and even game attitude! Prettiest roses in town, only giving 4 stars because they're a little overpriced. The typical bouquet you pick up on your way home from the grocery store really pales in comparison. Everytime I see flowered that come from here it's absolutely the best quality of flowers. Flowered always look healthy And last a long time. Though their roses open up beautifully, their customer service is horrible. I was asked to take two center pieces to a dinner at the last minute and I went to Las Flores de la Carreta with two vases I had and asked if they could make two simple arrangements while I waited. I decided to run home while they worked on the arrangements and come back on my way to the dinner. When I got back, the arrangements had not been made. They made them while I waited, took 25 minutes and what they did was so ugly (one arrangement was way bigger than the other) that I did not take them to the dinner, but stopped at Trias Flowers and bought two beautiful arrangements. Their attitude was bad and they charged me an additional $6.50 because they added (horrible) greenery to the arrangement. They never apologized for not having the arrangement done.
