The individual kept asking irrelevant questions about other variation of lotto. We stated again Mega million and power all. He stated something about a kicker and you get all with a kicker something. Again stated no kicker Powerball and mega million. He proceeds to print mega million Powerball and mega bucks. And then starts cussing and accusing us of stating we wanted one of each. He used the F bomb several times the threatened to call the cops and proceeded to pick up the phone and said get out of his store. The other cashier acknowledged that I did ask for a mega million and a Powerball and I got those tickets. The owner needs to address this staff member's behavior especially him thinking he can weaponize calling the police for a none crime. NOT IN THESE TIMES

I also purchased 2 salads in a bag which tasted great, some beer and a few slices of bacon for a potato dish. Their beer selection is excellent and they also have a good selection of wine. New Seasons is considered a higher end market and if we lived closer we would be a frequent customer. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is price. Some items like packaged salad was twice as expensive as places like Sprouts, Safeway or even Trader Joe's.

I challenge back saying it's not. We go back and forth about the cost. I'm not yelling but the discussion is getting heated. Then he threatens to call the cops on me! The nerve. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right?". He won't budge. So I give him the 2 bucks for the drink and tell him he needs to learn his job. The kid was foreign, probably Arab. He was talking on the phone to a friend the entire time I was there. Definitely not a friendly guy. I wonder if he's even legal? Won't go there again. Have problems with timely refills, they decide how often certain Rx's should be filled, even tho the hard copy states an earlier date. insurance company informs me that this is a decision that's up to the individual pharmacist. They're short staffed. Their existing staff runs as fast as they possibly can. It's just that they can't run fast enough to make up for a lack of people. He was stocking stuff probably but the second I entered the store, he poked his head around with a smile greeting me and letting me know he was right there if I needed anything at all... whoa what? I was looking for some popcorn? And he even helped me search! You do you but I have been craving the living hell out of Reeses peanut butter cups and they had a 'sharing size' super super king size... aw, that's so cute if you think I'm gonna let anyone near my Reeses. No really, I will cut you. I was reaching for that item when I spotted a 7-11 brand chocolate peanut butter bar situation... I can report that it was most excellent and rich. Plus it has piece marks within it so you can take off a piece and save the rest... savor it a bit. That Reeses did not stand a chance... Maybe someday I will be brave and attempt a different flavor of frozen slurpee... I have really only recently started going to 7-11 again. It is nothing against them - it was just realizing how easy it is to get a slurpee and head over to a movie. Their flavors seem better - they are not as syrupy and sickly sweet as Icee. I used to be a diehard cherry only, but I had Coke and I now find its my jam. A last note to say I also really appreciate that they take SNAP also. I have a tissue disorder and sometimes I have exceptionally low mobility. Going into a grocery store when I can barely stand makes me even more exhausted, just thinking about it. Getting a small pizza and a coke for cheap and only walking a few feet (since you can order mobile) is genuinely survival somedays because my stamina for standing won't last long enough to cook.

There was lots of Slurpee traffic though. There were people popping into cars in the parking lot each with a Slurpee in hand and a steady stream of people coming in go snag a free slurp. I'd chatted so briefly with a friendly cashier on the way in, letting her know we were just there for the free Slurpeeeee's. She smiled and waved us in. Back at the Slurpee machine, there wasn't a line so to speak, just a frazzled dad trying his best to napkin up a Slurpee disaster. An employee popped out of the back and happily helped him clean it up with a nice big rag. Within 30 seconds of entering the store, we were creating our Slurpee perfection. I went with coke layered under Mango with Lemon on the top! I showed Malachai how to fill up his Slurpee all the way to the top of the lid! Ahhhh sharing the secrets of life with our babies, nothing is more fulfilling. As luck would have it, the only person in line in front of me was counting pennies. I asked the cashier if they were scanning Slurpee's, or if we were free to go, she gestured that I should wait, and then without missing a beat, she continued chatting with the customer she was helping, and logged into the other registered, punched a couple buttons and we wer4 good to go. The store was running all sorts of other specials too, like .99 1/4 sausages, as advertised by a ton of printed signs that we didn't really notice until we got into the car. Mali said he'd go in and get us a couple dogs. I didnt want to use a credit card for $2 so we went throught the car and came up with the two bucks! Win! He came back to the car nearly in tears. Someone had bumped into him and knocked one of them out of his hand. That sweet boy handed me the other and said it was fine, he didn't need one. I asked him if he'd told the cashier and he said that he had and that she had said she was sorry. "Well", I said to him, "Lets find another dollar!". We didn't find another dollar, so I grabbed that credit card and we headed inside. Once inside, i asked the cashier (not the one from earlier, but the one that cleaned up the Slurpee mess), if my son had mentioned that he dropped his hot dog. She said not to her, but said shed grab him a new one right now. She saw his face, that probably showed signs of recent tears and told him all he had to do was say something to somebod and get a new one. He told her he'd tried, and she said she'd told the wrong person. She gave him a new one and like magic, everything was okay in his world again. WOOOT WOOOT $2 lunch and no credit card swiping! The downside, my tummy made me pay dearly for that $2 lunch later on.

I came in on the 12th around 2 to 2:30 to cash in my lottery tickets…read more I was unaware of certain times you cash lottery but you're clerk with glasses and a ring her nose did She proceeded to scan my tickets which added up $140 then turned around said ma'am we don't cash during this time why did she scan the tickets in the first place because they are unpayable now anywhere else!! I will be coming back into the store and I want to speak to the manager and if not I will call the lottery and I have evidence and I also want the cameras to be looked at and you can see your clerk doing all this
