People were shopping like everything was free! ‍ Other than the crazy crowd, it's a great outlet with tons of stores and plenty of places to eat. We walked around, did some shopping, grabbed some food, and overall had a good time. Definitely a nice place to shop and walk around, just be prepared for the crowds!

The mall has always been clean with updated florals and filled with patrons happily enjoying their time. The stores I visit have always been clean and welcoming with great service. The selection of stores is great and you get the most value for your buck with in store sales. Highly recommend a trip to Livermore for shopping enjoyment in an open air mall. And that's coming from someone who really doesn't like to shop!

Depending on the store, the service is what you would expect when you go into the different places. I don't know if I can make a definitive statement on the selection of the type of stores in here because like most shopping centers I imagine they evolve over time. Although I do notice that some of the stores have an emphasis on value rather than luxury. I hope that this place can have some restoration to its former glory or at least how it felt in my youth. I actually worked at three different stores within this mall growing up. And my first girlfriend also worked in this mall as well and lived down the street lol. So lots of history here for me. Most recently, I came here to go pick up my nephew from a class. He was taking within this mall. Parking is easy and the layout is pretty straightforward.

Although Blackhawk Plaza is technically an outdoor luxury mall, I consider it more like an entertainment center that is designed to relax and de-stress. I've been coming here regularly after moving here some 7 years ago and as a new parent, looking forward to coming back. I never come here to shop, since the small boutique shops are not for me. Restaurants are okay for the most part, but you're paying more for the location. The entertainment options are great: 1. Blackhawk Auto Museum is a must for car lovers, but they also have a special China exhibit and regular natural history in their main museum. 2. Ducks everywhere! You can destress while watching them swim and dive in the giant pond, and even feed them from food from Draegers. Lots of outdoor art too dedicated to ducks and geese. 3. Century Blackhawk, at least pre COVID, is an older but great theater where all seats are luxury recliners. 4. Gigantic parking lot. 5. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with Creamistry for hot days and Starbucks for any days. For casual eats, I like Beep's Burgers. 6. A playground for kids and grassy areas. 7. A Crunch! gym and a new martial arts studio coming soon. For COVID times, they offer outdoor Zumba on Sundays. 8. These used to have outdoor concerts here Pre-Covid. Even though we're still facing the pandemic, Blackhawk Plaza still has its charms. Its sad to see so many businesses close, but the ducks are always there to cheer people up.
