If they had better parking, you definitely would get at least 4 stars. The parking here is so bad. Circling around following people with shopping bags to get their spot. They really should have built a big 6 story garage or something. But instead they block off a big section for valley parking and you pay $20. Uhhh no thanks. Also the food court is way too small for amount of shoppers. We ordered food and there was not one single table for us to sit down and eat. We ended up walking out and finding a bench further down. I like the layout of the palce though. It is one big oval/rectangle. So I like that I can walk and make a big loop around. Food court is in the middle. Some stores had lines, such has Nike and lululemon. I feel like for an outlet, I expected lower prices. It seemed to be higher than I would like. It was still fun to walk around and enjoy some sun. So far good experience and lots of good deals! Sad to see Saks closing its doors... A lot of signature stores and discounted items. My opinion... worth visiting - definitely, will end up buying something. Service of most stores are good specially UnderArmor ... the lady manager Shuner was very accommodating and comes with a lovely smile and kind demeanor. Stopped at Lululemon, Birkenstock, and Le Crucet. These outlet stores are really nice. Huge variety of stores. There's something for everyone and lots of great deals especially over Memorial Day weekend. If you're in a hurry, I don't recommend trying to come during a holiday weekend. It took me at least 30 minutes to get in the parking lot and another 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Thankfully they had extra Security helping to control people coming and going. read more

This is the best outlet mall within 50 miles of. Today I am looking at the Ralph Lauren Polo store . It is beautifully designed and decorated for the holidays . Good quality of clothes , women handbags , cups & Thermo and gifts . The children section has many items to choose from. The store is at the higher end and items are pricey. If you join their store membership you can get 25 % discount coupons send to you via phone text message. Outside has a beautiful and tall Christmas tree . Nice blue sky and lots of cloud formations. Well today's pre 4th of July was a winner for our family as we all bought something with all buying multiple items from several name brand stores. Temperatures were comfortable in the mid 80s and we found parking arriving at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of shoppers as everyone was out for the 4th of July sales. Good Court was slamming as one would expect but the stores that were popular which had queues of people waiting to get in were not that bad as one waiting would get in after several minutes in line. All in all a solid 5 star experience for this particular outing but keep in mind stars go down when one comes on a day when stores don't have the merchandise that you may be looking for. read more

My wife shopped while my daughter and I attended our Dante Robere members winery event. Win/win! Quality/Quantity - Our/my favorite upscale outlet mall. Not sure why this place has such a low rating...? Because of the poor parking? The overcrowding? I am a creature of habit and pretty much just go to my few selected businesses. If you are following, you already know what they are. Or is it because of the limited food and drink options? See pictures. But there are SO many great eating establishments nearby, in Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin. Atmosphere - 188 stores, many of them are upscale. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm or 8pm. Plenty of mall parking on weekdays. Weekends can be a challenge but my wife knows all the "secret" parking areas. I just discovered a few myself, lol. Outdoor mall with some overhead coverings to protect from rain and sun. Service - Military discounts, see picture. Overall good, but then it also depends on where you shop. Price - Depends on what you buy. We probably buy and spend too much... It's been a few years since I came here. This is supposedly to be an outdoor mall with high-end stores. Last week is probably like a battle zone there because of Black Friday and many cars are looking for parking spots. Gladly, I didn't go there that week because it would take me forever to look for one. Today is like this except that it's less hectic since it's a normal week. I would not survive last week and might have to go all the back to Fremont. Nothing much has changed except that there's a passageway that has a boba shop with it as well as Christmas decorations since I visited in December. Food court is pretty much packed as usual. They have good stores here like Bloomingdale's and Old Navy. Most malls usually have less people due to changes of customer habits like online shopping. This is different because of the vibe and how high-end it is. It's one of the best malls in the Bay Area. Still it's very cold there and I recommend that you put on your jacket and pants since the mall takes place outside. read more

I luv a bargain and I do not find particular joy in clothes shopping. So I try to maximize my time, energy, and dollars when I do. With that in mind, I planned a shopping excursion out to the San Francisco (SF) Premium Outlets. I purposely did not go on a weekend. I did that to avoid the crowds and lack of sufficient parking. Overall my first ever experience at the SF outlets was a success ... I survived! I was able to purchase clothes, in my hard to find size, at bargain prices. These outlets include a good mix of brands (designer , luxury, and mid-range). The luxury brands include Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Burberry, Prada, Tory Birch, Zegna... just to name a few. There was a food court and food stalls scattered about the outlet. The outlet is beautifully designed and landscaped with art sculptures and plants; adding to a more pleasant shopping environment. But my gripes are the parking lot and the lack of janitorial staff. The parking lot has only one exit/entrance. The flow of traffic gets logged jammed and it becomes the Wild West of line merging. Regarding the janitorial needs, I spent practically the entire day at the outlet and do not recall seeing any janitorial staff. The women's restroom closest to the food court was atrociously dirty and got more so during the day. Trash bins were overflowing and there was a strong sewage smell. The other restrooms were not as worse, but not clean either and less likely f a strong odor. Plus the food court dining area was a hot mess as well. Tables needed to be cleared and cleaned. read more

I was very impressed with this ball! Lots of variety from Gucci and Prada to lululemon, Diesel, toy stores, Japanese cosmetic store and more! We drove over an hour to get there cuz we were going to Chubby Cattle for dinner . It was a cold day but it was fun walking around looking at all the stores. Lots of variety and some stores were so busy that they had lines out the door. Lots of parking and so close to a nice food mall just 5 minutes. read more

I love living so close to the outlets and seeing the numerous name changes, *Livermore Premium Outlets * Paragon Outlets *San Francisco Premium Outlets I usually only visit Bath n Body Works and do a lot of window shopping. The outlets have a variety of upscale brands for men, women, and children, plus a nice food court. When I went to pick up my online order, I noticed Starbucks was closed and on their website the coffee establishment is under renovations. The Bath n Body Works at this location has everything I need and is well stocked. My go to when I can't get to Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton. read more

I've always wanted to like this place and shop at out of all the outlets in the bay area. They have so many different high end and contemporary brands you can imagine like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Coach, Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. It always tempts me but time I come, I always get turned off at the parking situation. The holidays should be avoided from following people for their spot and waiting while dealing with other drivers looking for spots. Great place to get a good deal! The tax is higher than where I live, so I had to make sure the discount was enough to make it worth it. Some places will ship to you and not charge tax but will charge for shipping. You just need to compare the bottom line :-) I advise you, some store sell goods at retail prices with their discounted goods. so you should educate yourself on the items current retail price when making your decisions. Places like GUCCI will tell you if they are asked if a particular good is being sold at retail or discounted price. read more

The best outlet in the Bay Area. Came here during the Memorial weekend. A lot of sales going on. Got there around 4:00pm . Parking lots were very full. I do recommends to go there early when they open so it'll be easier to find parking. They do have front parking spaces open but you needed to pay $15. That's ridiculous for the fees. This is the closest mall to me so i feel that i don't have much of a choice. They do have a good selection of stores and do have luxury too (Gucci, Montcler, Burberry, Longchamp, Prada) which is a plus. Parking is so-so and they recently started charging $10 for special entry to a lot. One thing that I do wish they would upgrade is the food court. Food court sucks and considering the types of stores that this mall has, you would think that they would have a food court that is a bit better than having a knock off Sbarro. It does get hot during summer but there are shaded areas. Hoping that they do bring in more stores. Love that they have a Lulu, The North Face, L'Occitane, Coach, Sephora, to name a few. read more

These are my go to outlets within an hour plus drive of my house. They have some high-end stores with outlet pricing. It does get very busy here and I have a feeling there is tourist bus passing through because in the parking lot they have a designated area for those buses. Not sure if they are people traveling cross country or visiting the US. read more

Food court is an absolute joke...could use more...food. But thankfully it seems that is being improved. Parking is quite ample. and there are a decent selection of stores here. I will say this, though, the perfume stores appear to be well worth skipping. Too many complaints about counterfeit or sky high mark ups. A part from that, it is a decently sized operation with a wide variety of of stores. I really enjoy coming here. While the name is misleading (on purpose) There are decent deals to be had. Parking can be a bit rough on weekends so sometimes I just park across the street since it's usually where I go for food anyways. The food court here isn't that great so instead just save your appetite for the better restaurants in the area. There is a wide variety of brands throughout the outdoor mall, and there seems to be a ton of people, even on weekdays. Most the shops have helpful staff to help you find what you are looking for, which is needed as many of these aren't arranged in any particular order, or anything like the original stores might have. read more

This is a nice little outlet area. I like the variety of stores they have compared to Gilroy and I also think that it's a lot more convenient to go to each store. They have a lot of good deals. I think in the future if I ever go outlet mall shopping, I would come to this location. The only other outlets near me are Gilroy. There was plenty of parking and food options too, which Gilroy doesn't have. I got quite a few good steals. read more

The Disney store outlet is more of a regular Disney store(almost non existent now) because they only had about half the stuff marked as a sale price. I only started shopping here at some point after the pandemic and I like it a lot. It's arguably the best outlet mall in the Bay Area. I've also never had issues with parking or getting in or out of this place except on Black Friday. I'm sure it's hell to find parking if you're in that monstrosity that is the front parking lot but I have more than two brain cells to rub together and park in the back parking lot. There's also a lot of stores here so whenever I come here, I pretty much plan to spend nearly my entire day at the mall. The only thing I don't like is the food court. The selection sucks and the food isn't great. Popeyes might be the only thing here that you can eat for a decent price and that's only if you order off the mobile app. read more

This is currently my favorite outlet to visit. Parking can get tough on the weekends, but you can usually find something farther out - just make sure you remember where you park! The shops inside offer a good variety of items - whether it's high end name brands or a more casual style you're looking for. Some of the shops do require you to line up outside for various reasons - whether it's safety protocols or because there's just too many people inside. In either case - the lines usually move pretty quickly - unless there's a really good promotion going on. There are various small carts all over the outlet with cute knick-knacks and others that sell snacks/treats. If you're tired, there's also a bunch of benches around that you can sit and hang out for a bit. When I want to come out, I plan to be here for at least half a day since there's quite a few stores I'd like to check out. My friends and I make a fun trip of it and enjoy getting some new stuff, whether it's candles, a new purse, clothes or random trinkets. read more

So really this place needs more stores and needs to make up its mind if it's going to be luxury or not. There aren't really enough luxury shops to justify coming here for luxury items unless you want Kate Spade, heels, or dresses. For us guys who are looking for shoes and belts we have the cheaper Armani Exchange, Prada, and Burberry which are all limiting. There are some odd toy stores, sunglasses, and cooking stuff and I feel like this is just a weird duplicate of the Great Mall of Milpitas. Also, they need more selection and more organized parking. Time is money, and when you're spending most of your time getting here and sitting in your car, your money is better spent elsewhere. Parking is atrocious. There aren't enough spots and the path to leave the mall is such a bottleneck. In addition, there isn't enough shade to block the beating sun and little to no signage to indicate where parking spots could be found (or if they're full). They can't get any buyers if the buyers can't even step foot into the shops! I've always been a big proponent for online shopping and experiencing the chaos here definitely galvanized that sentiment. Among the shops, you'll find a lot of high end apparel and accessory brands like Coach, Lacoste, Nike, and UnderArmor. You do get outlet pricing which could be 30-50% off list prices but deals aren't anything to rave too much about in my opinion; online shopping is just as competitive especially during the holidays. If you do decide on making a visit, I'd recommend parking across the street and walking over from the other lots. The main lot is bad and unless you're sitting in a lane to wait for people to leave or come early, you'll spend less parking a little further and walking over. They do have a decent food court but again, I'd rather venture across the street to the mall full of Asian food. Overall, unless there's a very specific store you're trying to go to and can get here early or are open to walking a bit further, there aren't too many compelling reasons for you to visit here. The crowds can be a bit uneasy and the lines to enter certain stores are ridiculous. And if the weather is bad, well you better suit up because it's an outdoor outlet with little to no cover from shop to shop! read more

There are two huge parking lots at the front and the back, but even that is barely enough for the traffic on a normal weekend, let alone Black Friday. Food court and bathrooms are in the middle. Not sure why this place is still referred to as outlets. As a long time Pleasanton/Livermore resident I can tell you that this place is impossible to visit on the weekend and that these stores are NOT outlets. For ex, went to Le Creuset and their 'outlet pricing ' was the same as what I found online from the business that day. I looked it up in store. Majority of these locations are not outlets and they do not have outlet pricing. Also my experience with my mom in 3 "nicer" stores all involved being harassed and hounded by multiple workers asking if I needed anything even after hearing me tell somebody a minute prior within ear shot that I needed nothing. At le Creuset I was asked 3 times by two people in under 5 minutes if I needed "help". It is so miserable to shop anywhere but some of the "mall" stores like VS or Sketchers. Nicer stores be prepared to be stalked. I literally walked out because I was so annoyed and bothered. Just not the great shopping experience I loved about growing up with actual malls. read more
