The most disappointing part of our experience happened as we were leaving. My aunt overheard Juan Jose complaining that our table didn't order any alcohol and only left a 20% tip. We found those comments to be unprofessional and disrespectful. A 20% tip is generally considered a generous tip, and guests should not be made to feel judged based on what they order or the gratuity they leave. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the level of service fell well below our expectations for such a special occasion. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can enjoy both the atmosphere and the hospitality.

The rib eye tacos with shrimp and bone marrow extended the show, grilled before us over roaring flames. They were hearty, flavorful, and undeniably filling, but also excessively oily.
