The server tried to help us out and said those should be enough since there was just 2 of us dining. They give you free iberico with cheese and crispy pork belly for appetizers. Every dish was a hit! Boletos with egg and truffle felt very rustic, savory, delicious. Truffle was not overpowering, mushrooms were fresh. Sweetbreads was our favorite out of the meal. It was like a step down from actual foie gras. Goes well with beer and wine. The galician pulpo was the best one we had on our trip, and we had 3 of them beforehand. And lastly the callos. At this point we've already hit a wall with all the food we had, servings were a good size per dish. It was rich, decadent, and perfectly cooked. The menu was all in Spanish, but the staff helped us with the words that we did not know and we ordered. I decided to order the spicy beef, peppers, potatoes, and fried egg. Everything flowed together very well and had just the right amount of spice. It was a little greasy, so I did not eat a lot of it as I was not super hungry and did not want any stomach problems later--smile. The staff brought out dessert for my friends, which was carrot cake and flan that looked so amazing! Our bill was brought out and we all noticied that there was a 6 euro charge for our bread.
