Third time, Evgeniy came to redo it, according to order, with a argument. He decided to come instead to pay back. At this time, I marked old marks with a green tape, where needs to be touchup, for some reason the doors was not included. He stated that's a different paint. After, several times he did pouch ups, I realize that you have to go behind him, I have to ask him over and over for the same job. Total Control needs to be with this person. He sent me the bill and charged through square$889. Is anybody can explain to me how the bill from $237 become to $880. He will be argue with you for everything, and he will refuse, If he messed up, he will refuse that he ever touched or he never never done this job. So overall, he will give you very affordable price ,but when he comes, the price will charge for each movement he does, which it's already included in the contract. He gonna charge on top of that, for the same things, so be careful. If somebody can explain to me the bill, I would appreciate it.
