Yeah, we've been coming to this laundromat for about 3 years. Now, 4 years, and they go through some employees go in there and just go through the system. And others, like Maurice man, that guy does a Bang up job, he goes in there and he gets his job done I think he's probably been the best one so far. I'd give it a 4 because i am not satisfied with their Dryers , they charge .25 for only 5 mins and does not even heat up so much , not great for a person that just go here to wash Comforters & some blankets only because my washer & dryer at Home is not as large ., please fix your dryer & lower the price & put more mins .. read more

The only thing about this place that's positive is that it's convenient. It is overpriced & they keep raising a rate like they got inflation issues. And you pit hot water in your washer they charge an extra dollar, some b*******!!! It's always dirty & it smells really bad today. So basically, before they start raising the rates of these washers and dryers, here they had atenants that kept up the wash house & they were friendly now There's attendant & the last 2 or 3 times I've been here it's has been very dirty and today it's smelly and dirty. read more

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences ever ! This woman at Boulder Hwy and Major in Henderson, Nevada . When I came into the store she was on her cell phone sitting in a glass room. ( She was more interested in her cell phone and would rather not help the customers.) I asked do you work here, She said No! minutes later she comes out and says Yes! I work here. I said I've never been before. Can you help me ? She said you put a dollar in to get a card. Then she said " Bee Gees ! " I said excuse me ? She said Bee Gees the song that's playing . I have never been here before and will never return. read more

We needed to prepare our quilts for winter storage. We'd see this location many times when shipping at the 99cent store. We brought the quilts in and the experience was nicer than many DIY we have used in the past. Very nice. One challenge was how to add time to the dryers. It took another patron to explain, no real instructions on the dyers. read more

This "coin laundromat" does not except coins. This is an automated laundry facility. You need a card to pay for washer, dryer, soda machines, etc. There's no obvious place to buy a card, there's no place it says how much a card cost. There's no attendant on duty. Since I'm only in town for a week, and will not be a regular client, there's no reason for me to buy a card. I would've asked the attendant to use her card and pay for the services however no one I s around to help. Leaving.., looking for a COIN laundromat. read more

The name is very deceiving. Las Vegas COIN Laundry?! And the don't take coins?! Instead, you have to buy a "laundry card" with your credit card as it is required for machines, vending machines, and the bathroom. Seriously?! The laundry card machine offers are in $5 increments. When I was ready for the dryer, I was short $1. I had to buy a $5 card to finish drying my clothes! What am I gonna do with a $4 laundry card now?! Can't get my money back. No matter what you spend, there's always a difference left on the card and no refunds! Screw this place. read more

I don't live in the area but I needed to make an unexpected wash. I came here because near where I'm staying for the weekend. The facility is very clean and very spacious. I love that each set of machines has a set price no matter the type of wash setting being used. For example: the big washers have one price, the small ones another and the same for the dryers) I've always seen and used ones that are higher priced for a heavier wash. Another nice thing is you can load up a laundry card for the exact amount needed or load it up for future washes and there is no fee or expiration for the card. There are tables and chairs to be comfortable while waiting for the wash and the 99 cent store is across the parking lot to help kill some time. read more

I am seeing all of the great comments on here about the big,clean, and friendly place the Las Vegas Laundry facilities are; well let me enlighten you all a bit. The place is large and multiple sized machines, however they have absolutely no "HOT" water! Regardless of what temperature cycle you select, your water is "COLD!" If you need to use the restrooms you had better prepare yourselves to use your laundry card and pay for entrance to the bathroom. The reason behind this is because of the indigent people in the neighborhood and that the owner Bruce has one person bouncing around from store to store and does not have a person on premise at all times, and this will keep the rig-raff away and put more money in his pocket. So if this is the atmosphere you desire while doing your laundry, this is the place for you...."Pay Toilets", "Cold water wash machines", and no attendant on duty at all times, not to mention that the free wifi has a code that may or may not work. I'm saving up so that I can either buy my own machines or seek someplace new because this service has steadily declined!! read more

So I don't understand why there is a lot of negative comments regarding this location. From first walk-in what I noticed is how clean and updated everything is inside. When you walk in, you can put money in the machine or you can use a credit card which modern day people don't carry cash around or at least I don't. You put the money into a laundry card which again makes the process so easy when utilizing the machines. Now the attendant was no where to be found, but everything was pretty self explanatory. The first x-change machine's credit card reader wasn't working so I had to use the next one. The prices are extreme to reasonable ranging for the washers at 2.25 for small, all the way up to the large washers at 8.25. They also have laundry detergent and other laundry items you can buy if you didn't bring yours with you. I will be returning for the x-large comforters to be cleaned and other miscellaneous clothing materials that I do not want to put into the home washer! Great experience! read more

They make the pay process easy and convenient with a reloadable card that is inserted into the machines. Areas to sit and fold your laundry. It's pretty clean and the machines work well enough for me. I like to wash large winter blanets here. My washer can't handle them. I don't live in the area anymore, but I'll probably return simply for the convenience of the place. read more
