Where do I begin? Let's start with the fact that it takes a week to just do a simple wash and fold service. Even though the website and outdoor sign say day service. But ok. I attempted to drop off three garbage bags of laundry. My washer broke and I needed to get our family's laundry sorted. I was willing to pay the premium but when attempting to drop off theee bags, I was told it was too much, and that it would take 2 weeks. Why? What if I was three seperate customers? Well after much disappointment I still needed laundry, so I just dropped off one. I called a week after drop off - and after about 5 minutes they finally found my order. So disorganized. Then the best part - $114 worth of laundry, delivered back in a plastic bag. Not even a laundry bag for the privilege. I'm just overall disappointed. The lack of care, the expense for a "convenience" which is far from convienent, and then to boot, a plastic bag of $114 worth of "clean" clothes. It's a disgrace. Do better Tide Cleaners. read more

Was told I'd get my laundry the next day, had to go pick it up the following Wednesday because they failed to charge and deliver it in the promised time. They also didn't sort the laundry bags into rooms like they stated, nor did they even keep the clothes out of the folded pillowcase stack or put all the towels in the same stack or even same bag. They charged WAY too much money ($280) for services and the customer service is terrible. You'll ask a question and they'll give a one word answer and provide no alternative solutions to your problems while leaving you in awkward silence to fend for yourself. I dropped off two Torrid blazers in the evening and was pretty surprised to get a text the next morning saying they were ready for pickup way sooner than I expected. Each item was $8.99 which sounds pretty friggin pricey but honestly I don't even know what is considered reasonable anymore. The blazers came back looking great fresh and so clean clean. A lot of nearby places send items out and take longer so if you are looking for a quick turnaround Tide gets the job done fast and right in my opinion! read more

I don't usually yelp but this is how the world works. I've been there several times now and not once have they gotten it right! I've asked for no creases in my pants every single time I've gone there and have gotten them every single time. They even "put it in the system." It's 2026 use notes for your customers for their "special requests". This is not a difficult ask especially for the prices you charge. read more

I brought my son's Blazer to be cleaned expecting to pay about $8 to get it cleaned. I went to pick it up and was told it was $14.00. I looked at the price sheet and the cashier told me "there was a bow tie in the pocket". Who asked you to clean the bowtie? I didn't know it was even in the pocket. I feel that is very scammy and will not be returning. Super disappointed and I have a great experience last time I was in. read more

they continually send out coupons via email but don't honor them. They don't scan the barcode from the coupons - you have to mention it both when you arrive and when you pickup. Many times I have found that they do not apply the discounts. They do not provide you with a detailed receipt which shows you how much it cost to launder or dry clean an item. they disguise their billing to make it impossible to see what you are paying for. read more

I recently had five shirts. I dropped off here after picking up my shirts. I noticed three T-shirts were cleaned, but two shirts. One was a button up Hugo boss dress shirt. The other was a tuxedo shirt by Hugo boss. Neither one had been cleaned the tuxedo shirt I brought in because my black button at the very top fell off, and I did have the spare on the tag first the button up shirt the regular one wasn't cleaned and still had a lip stain from my wife when we went out they cleaned that shirt for me. No problem took one. Try to want one additional try to get a right the tuxedo shirt they never cleaned and now the extra button that I had which was a black opal stone because this is one of the premier tuxedo shirts cost me roughly 400 $500 was missing when I brought it to their attention. The shirt had to be cleaned and that the replacement button now was missing. The Manager got very distressed raised her voice at me. I had to calm her down and tell her that it wasn't professional that they had already messed up my shirt and my button was missing so after speaking to her, she shows me on her phone that she was gonna replace it with a button, definitely not as nice as the one I had but one that I was willing to accept, especially because at this point after I calmed her down and told her to be professional, she was apologetic. I get a text message. My shirt is ready. I'm busy. The cleaners are across town. It takes me three days to get there. I go pick it up and they never did anything. The button still missing. No black button was replaced. The manager won't even come out and speak to me. I don't recommend the store if they mess up your clothing or item they won't take ownership or accountability and the manager a little Hawaiian lady has a severe attitude problem and doesn't know how to lead. This would be three times. They did not get this right how many people have touched the shirt transported it and missed that it was still not done correctly. I would not recommend this store or particularly at least this location. read more

First time using this dry cleaners service. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and explained the entire cleaning process. This cleaners is unlike any other I've used in the past because they offer lockers to store you clothing should you come after hours or before the they open. Your given a laundry bag, which, is made of high quality that is marked with your name for is easy identification. My clothes were ready on time as promised, and were neatly organized. I dropped off a bunny suit to get cleaned on a Monday, told them I needed it Thursday, as I had an Easter event Saturday. Came Thursday at 1:15pm and the suit is still sitting there to be cleaned. It sat around for 4 days. They told me they could clean it and have it ready Friday, and I declined as I didn't trust it would be ready by then. What a waste of time, now I'm inconvenienced in trying to get this rush cleaned. Do not recommend! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered for pickup and delivery with pickup being by 5pm on 3/18. Apparently there was an issue and the driver did not know my apt # and I HAD TO CALL.. Well it was provided on the form but I told the woman (maybe even a teenager) on the phone my apt # again and even provided more instruction on where my building is at. Apparently he even tried dropping it off at the office.. Uhh no. Again... It's an apt with a whole donkey #! Pickup was at 6:30 instead of the "between 8 or 9-5" that was given.. Delivery was stated to take place by EOD Thursday March 21st... It never happened.. I gave them a couple more days as I figured "maybe they're behind". I received no courtesy call, NOTHING! So I call today on 3/27... Yes, 3/27!! And yet again there is an issue!!! This teenager sounding girl has horrible experience and said the driver tried calling... I was still polite at this point and asked when did they call and from what number? She puts me on hold and comes back with NO INFORMATION! During this time I'm checking my VM - nothing from Tide Cleaners... I checked my missed calls - nothing from Tide Cleaners or anyone's number outside of my contacts.. I'm frustrated this time and she tells me my bag will not be delivered until tomorrow... WHAT!?!?! Oh I was beyond pissed. Now I have to have someone watch my door for this delivery as I have to catch an early flight. that's not all!! I need explanation here because the excuse given was that the gate was closed!!! Not true!! The gate is broken and has been for weeks!!! That's how they were able to get in last week!! Wtf! So then she says he tried to leave it at the office and they refused, well duh! Then asked for my apt #! What!? How was my bag even picked up last week if they didn't even have this!?!? Mind blown! I asked for a manager or Supervisor to which NO ONE IS THERE!!! I told her I need my bag delivered today as it well beyond the delivery date and she says that the delivery driver is off today!!!! Oh man this is horrible! LOL No supervisor, no manager, no delivery driver, I'm bagless and there's and a rep on the phone who cannot manage to deescalate this horrible service! Well she hung up on me LOL and I called back twice more with no answer so I left a nice VM. Probably will be deleted. And I am stuck at work unable to pick up my bag as I work during their open hours.. Oh did I mention this was my first time using this place? Yea, well there won't be a second! This place is ran so horribly and customer service is no better!! So let's just see if my bag is delivered tomorrow.... This doesn't even deserve 1 star recognition at this point, more like a -5 star. Oh!!! One more thing.... I am now seeing 2 orders in progress when there should ONLY be one... Dropped my clothes off here last week and came today to pick them up, Jessica was at the counter when I dropped things off and when I went to pick up the bill it was $26 when Jessica told me the bill would be $15. This company refuses to write on the ticket how much your items will cost and expect you to pay whatever the bill is once you pick up your items, that is a joke! Would you order food from a restaurant that does not have any prices and then after you have eaten the food pay the bill no matter what it is?? Tide cleaner needs to change this insane policy! WORST CLEANERS EVER! They ruined my husband's socks which were a Father's Day gift. Not only did they not return the socks with the original order but I called to find they misplaced them and they pull cameras to find them and would call me back. Never received a call back and I called again 2 days later stating they found them and would clean them. I was told they would be ready Monday after 5 and when I arrived the socks were ruined. They were dropped bright white and I received them back with a HUGE brown stain on one. I was told to bring them back and the manager would clean them. Terrible dry cleaning. Dont drop expensive items in this location. Warning. I dropped $90.00 worth of clothes to be dry clean. When my ex picked up the items bc I was out town. Came back two days later after items were picked up. my shirts looks dirty, dingy and just feelt that only pressed my linnen shirts and shorts and that's was the job. White shirts look cream or baige including my shorts. LOoks dirty and dingy. My ted baker dress had an stains still. And my ted baker leather skirt was ruined with some kind milky white stains all over. A $300 item ruined by them. They should called me and let me know that my items were no possible to clean instead they ruined it. I came back to the store, to get this items clean or pay a refund for the job that wasn't done. They offer to re do again, which the dress stain was gone. But the expensive skirt still ruined. They didn't compesate. I switched to this cleaner after the staff at the previous cleaner kept delivering terrible experiences and the quality of dry cleaning was barely better than decent. Not at this Tide cleaner! My clothes always look and smell incredible after picking up, if I point out a stain or specific area that needs attention, they take care of it, and most importantly, the staff makes me feel EXTREMELY valued. Within a few weeks, they knew me by name and always greet me with a smile. Whether I'm starting my morning by dropping off on the way to work or headed home for the day and doing a quick pick up, I know every time I leave this location I'm always leaving with a smile on my face. We dropped off 2 winter jackets, Canada Goose, and North face cost $20. Then I dropped off a suit, price $12. You do not wait for drop off as well. They come right to your car. I've been using Tide at this location for business clothing cleaning since 2016. They've normally been consistent. They tend to burn off buttons, particularly sleeve snd collar buttons, but if you pester a few times you might get them to replace. But what's up with the staffing? Today I was told in the drivethru she can't help, to come around front. She quoted 3 business days to do laundry and it was Saturday morning?? Was stressed to even take the bag I had. Normally, in by 9am, get by 5 next day. No BS. Seriously, Tide needs to get their shit together. Since I need stuff back Monday/Tuesday, I went to a new cleaner. Sorry to say bye. I do not recommend this dry cleaners. I try not to use the race card because everything is not always about race but coming into the Cleaners today made me very uncomfortable. I came in to get pant's dry cleaned for my husband and to see if I can have his suit coat pressed. When I walked in a heavyset woman with glasses who decided to jump in a conversation with me and the guy that walked PAST her to help me. As he was answering my question about having same-day services on my suit jacket being pressed, she butted in and said they cannot press it. The guy that was assisting me was just saying that it may be possible. She proceeded to tell me why they can't do it! The way she stopped what she was doing and just STARED at me and butted into our conversation when she had the opportunity to help me when I walked in. I left the pants to get dry cleaned, got in my vehicle and then went back inside and canceled my order. This place looks good online and outside of the building. I've been coming here since they opened and liked the free samples they'd give them. I had one issue that was resolved quickly and the manager was awesome. I tried this deal once where they'd turn faded clothing back so tried a pair of black workout pants, but it changed the material, a bit stiffer. The seamstress fixed two zippers, which one turned out great. Overall, I've had some great and a few not so great moments, but I think they handle issues well and quick. read more

I have to agree with the review about service sliding as of lately. I started using tide when I lived in summerlinn and used them for a good 8 months. Never a broken button / never a stun / never a missing button. I literally never had to say anything ever. I now use the one on eastern, as I moved to this side of town, and I constantly have broken or missing buttons every well. I have a black shirt that has had at least 7 different buttons broken now and they are easy to point out since they use white thread to sew them back on?! I have gone to tide cleaners in Henderson Nevada for years and have noticed the service diminish as of late. Today will be the last time I go to this store. I went to pick up my order and when I had half of my cleaning returned I was told that the customer in the drive thru line next to me was given the other half of my order. I would l have to come back later to get it after they returned it. At no point was I offered an apology, compensation, nothing. The employee was so unapologetic it was ridiculous. I have three children including a newborn and can't just come back easily to get these items, especially in 100 degree weather. Unfortunately we needed the items for the following day so I had to load my kids back in the car and go back later in the day. When I went to get them back, the shirts were handed to me, I was told to have a good day and the employee just walked off. Again no apology. I get that mistakes happen but seriously I would expect when you give my items to someone else that you at least say sorry about this mistake that was a hassle for you to fix. read more
