I requested service for power washing my driveway for an oil stain. I called Able and Ready and he…read morequoted me $150 after sending him a picture of my single car driveway. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. He also recommended a quick vacuum after drying, which helped a lot with any remaining hair. Overall, they did a really solid job.

When I went back I can tell you that house was cleaner than when we moved in 7 years ago. The glass fixtures on the ceiling fan were clear and I don't remember them ever being clear. The oven looked new inside. The fridge was white. I had even used a steam cleaner on the handle and it wasn't as white as they got it. I am beyond impressed.
