Needed upholstery cleaning done in my living room and this company had the best quote over everyone I asked. I was kind of skeptical but it never hurts to try. Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Our sofa I can honestly say was not on the good side, so I was expecting just a quick clean. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. Lee went above and beyond expectations and did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer. Overall I would recommend to give this company a try and for heads up, them a photo of what you need done to get even better and quicker response. I helped out a friend with her Rover dog sitting overflow, but ended up with two dogs who left multiple piles, puddles, and stains on my carpet and area rugs. After blowing an entire can of Woolite carpet cleaner to treat the damage, I realized I needed a professional. Based on reviews, I called Sanityz-It, where Lee picked up right away and asked several questions about fabric, etc, to determine the scope of the job. We made an appointment and he tested a piece from the spare carpet remnant and determined different chemicals would be needed for the wall-to-wall carpet vs wool area rugs. Treated all successfully, even finding pee stains with a black light that I had not noticed. My colorful, wool area rugs came out great, too. Of note: As the carpet dried out, I noticed some of the dirty water from the hose dripped, leaving dark stains in several areas, but Lee returned quickly to run new passes over those areas and then cleaned the stairwell for free and even helped me out with an outdoor rug. This company really does take the time to address all of your concerns rather than the quick in and out service and run away with your money I've seen other companies do. I let him know we recently adopted a dog and he's had a few accidents and although we've tried our best to clean it up with our own carpet cleaner, we can tell the carpet needed a really deep clean to get it out. He went through our carpet inch by inch and spent extra time on those problem areas to ensure all the urine was pulled out from underneath before he continued with the steam cleaner.
