They arranged my cardiac clearance, blood work, started me on antibiotics, and made sure I had all of my medications before surgery, which made the entire experience much less stressful. Check-in was simple and quick, and after only waiting a few minutes, it was my turn. My esthetician was Jennifer, a Korean girl who was very gentle and patient in explaining every step, including cleansing, the Hydrafacial treatment, blackhead extraction, facial mask, and sunscreen application. Since it was my first Hydrafacial, I had quite a few questions, and she answered all of them patiently. There was also a neck massage during the treatment. Jennifer frequently checked in with me and adjusted the machine based on my feedback, although honestly I didn't feel any discomfort the entire time. The whole Hydrafacial session lasted about 60 minutes. Jennifer suggested that next time I could try the 90-minute treatment, which includes not only the 60-minute Hydrafacial but also serums and LED light therapy. Overall, it was a really great experience. The facial treatment was non-irritating and very gentle throughout. Before I left, Jennifer reminded me that she had already applied sunscreen for me, which is especially important in Las Vegas.
