It's more like the food I grew up eating. I love that the enchiladas are made with corn tortillas and the sauce is thick, flavorful and smothers the enchiladas. The beans and rice are always great and taste like they were freshly made. The carne asada is the best! It's great in tacos, burritos, or just on a plate. I haven't tried it on fries, but it seems like it's a pretty popular dish. The pico and guac that come with it are so good too. The adobada is pretty tasty too!
