The nurse didn't have the "before/procedure " pictures ready, so she told me she would send them to me with the after picture she took. I was surprised, because I thought the result should be reviewed in person. She suggested showing me some before and after pictures of other patients and suggested to buy additional services if I wasn't seing satisfactory results. I didn't find that relevant at all, and let her know I would like to judge based on my own before and after photos. Since then, I have called four separate times to follow up. Each time, the receptionist assured me that the information would be sent "right away," but nothing ever happened. A week later, I would have to call again and repeat the entire process. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to keep commitments have been very frustrating. While customer service begins with making promises, it also requires keeping them. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of repeated assurances without any action.

They also offer a variety of other services, like injectables, cool sculpting, yag, etc. Be sure to request Holly and you won't be disappointed. I am black and had my previous 5 treatments with a revolving door of technicians so perhaps that lack of continuity on the business end contributed to my current situation. The facilities were clean and I felt as comfort as one could during the process. Only cons, felt pressure to purchase their creams for post care. Also, my results were not 100%. It could be because it was my first time but I expected baby smooth and I still had many visible strands remaining. Also, results only lasted about a week and a half. That is likely do to my body though. Will I continue to go back to the Brazilian Wax Center? Absolutely. But think I'll skip the Brazilian next time.
