It's also wrong to ask a (former) client to pay a maintenance fee when you didn't make good on the contract. I had an initial issue with Lainey talking to me crazy/unprofessional but luckily the regional or district manager was there and extremely kind and resolved the issue. She was very precise and methodical about the exact location for each injection, much more so than my previous provider.
