My contract has since ended, and I would say that I'm only about 60% hairless in my underarm. And I'm referring to black hair on white skin. It was wrong to switch my treatment intervals mid contract, esp. without a price reimbursement. It's also wrong to ask a (former) client to pay a maintenance fee when you didn't make good on the contract. The app doesn't show you how much you have left. The financing company is difficult to reach. I had an initial issue with Lainey talking to me crazy/unprofessional but luckily the regional or district manager was there and extremely kind and resolved the issue. They have Care Credit and Cherry financing advertised all over the lobby. However, when I went to hand over my Care Credit card, they tried telling me that it was going to be a $50 charge to use it! Never in my eight or so years of having it and probably 7-10 places I've used it, have I EVER been charged a fee to use it. That immediately sent up red flags because nowhere with all their signs does it say this and by then the services have been rendered. So I hand over a credit card instead and they never told me that this also was going to include a fee that they charge, so there again was an almost $9 fee added on to my bill that they DID NOT mention beforehand. Then to makes matters even worse, they were VERY pushy about not letting me leave until I scheduled for a next session even when I kept telling them I wasn't sure what my schedule was going to be. I scheduled just to leave and then called the next day to cancel. Very shady about extra fees that they add on last minute and nice until you try to walk away from something.
