Contacted Divoti, not by phone because they do not have personal customer service, go figure. All through chats and emails. Was told warranty is only 90 days; seriously! I did not want a refund or replacement just for the emblem to be fixed. All they kept saying was 90 warranty and offered 25% off another purchase. Why would I waste more money for another bracelet only to have the same thing happen again. I do not wear when showering, dishes etc. but even if someone does, this should not happen especially within a short amount of time. This actually the 2nd problem I had with the bracelet, first was hooks not connecting and would slip off, again no satisfaction. Poor customer service - will not recommend to anyone I know to purchase from here.

I had bought an inexpensive trophy with a place to handwrite the message at the bottom on a mini whiteboard. By the time Lazer-Tronics got done with it, they had removed the whiteboard and replaced it with a beautiful engraved label. It looked amazing! I was so pleased. They were kind, and family friendly, even giving my 6 and 7 year old grandchildren a quick peek at the engraving process. They offered helpful suggestions, and had a very thorough process, having me preview and approve the layout before starting. They really know what they're doing! I've got some really cool players signatures on it, but have avoided the back because I wanted to get two large Pink Ribbons on the back of the jersey. The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.
