Unprofessional leadership and unsafe expectations I worked here briefly as a manager and immediately noticed serious issues with training, professionalism, and leadership. I tried to resolve my concerns directly with the owner before involving legal counsel. After reaching out, I later received an email from the owner -- apparently sent to me by mistake -- saying "you were right about her", which was meant for the operations manager. The company later provided 90 days' compensation per my offer letter, which required both parties to give 90 days' notice. There was limited hands-on training, changing responsibilities, and minimal guidance from leadership. Even though I flew out of state for training, I only met with upper management once. Staff also informed me I'd be expected to work overtime every week, which was never mentioned in my offer letter. The work environment felt unprofessional, and the doctor repeatedly called herself highly inappropriate and foul names in front of staff and visitors. I was also asked to perform tasks that, in my understanding, required a medical license. After raising these concerns, I was told I wasn't a good fit. Dr. Peffley is an absolute breath of fresh air in this space!! She's like the uber-smart sister we all wish we had... she's gentle and kind, and she has an awesome artistic eye also. After the first consult, I could tell she can see what treatments could improve my natural looks in the most minimally-invasive and least expensive way.... she's cool, and she's earned my trust. Between her, Dr. Hansen, and the staff... it's actually shocking we can get treatment from actual specialist DOCTORS in a gorgeous spa-like atmosphere for the price of a dime-a-dozen spa with barely-trained injectors.... in short, I'm ruined to go anywhere else.
