I just had my first hair removal session yesterday. Ashley was my nurse who did the procedure. She was super nice and friendly. She thoroughly explained the process and what to expect and it was exactly as she said it would be. I was a bit nervous before the session but after talking with her, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Annie, who is the location director, was great to work with. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained all of the options available to me. Today I finished my 8th and final session of laser hair removal. Jena was my technician and she was very professional. Since this was the last treatment it seemed a bit more painful than previous sessions but she did a great job at making me feel as comfortable as possible. My first experience at LaserAway was nothing short of wonderful! Every member of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I went in to get laser hair removal on my under arms. The nurses were very sweet and guided me every step of the way so that I felt comfortable. The treatment was pretty much painless with the help of cool air that blows while the laser is zapping the hair follicles. I have also contemplated getting Botox for quite some time now. The nurse Jenna was so sweet and fit me in last minute as well as at the end of the night before closing. Before coming to Laser Away I've not had a single cosmetic procedure done so I was a bit nervous and excited for my first ever lip appointment. When I stepped in, Avery and Christine were so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away! I didn't have to wait long at all before Michelle came out and called my name. She has such a cool and calming energy about her, I knew I was in good hands. Everyone I had spoken to so far, including Michelle, assured me that they inject conservatively (meaning they won't pressure you to put more than you want at once) which was very important to me. Michelle gave me plenty of time to read through the consent forms, kindly asked what my goals were, and answered my questions before she began. Michelle made sure to count down before every prick. It was clear she cared about my comfort as she frequently checked to ask if I was feeling ok or had any major pain throughout the process. The sensation for me was a small pinch (almost like a piercing but more mild) followed by slight pressure at every insertion. Half way through she gave my a mirror to check out the results so far. I liked feeling apart of the process. Very little discomfort afterwards, just one small spot that is bruised. They schedule your touch up appointment right then and there once you are finished, which is great for me because I'd probably forget to do it! Can't wait to see what it looks like when the swelling goes down. Beautiful result that looks and feels natural. This is the first an only place I have tried Botox and had amazing results both times. The first visit was less invasive, with no bruising. The second I could feel some pricks and had some bruising. But nothing that wasn't out of the scope of normal recovery. I think maybe one had a lighter hand than the other? But overall extremely happy with the services provided, and will be returning for my next appointment soon! Oh and they always run deals and specials which keeps it affordable. I've been coming to Laseraway since 2015 for multiple services. Botox, Thermage, clear and brilliant ,tattoo and hair removal-you name it! I feel so comfortable with all of the treating staff because they're either an RN, NP, or a PA. I moved here from Florida and didn't know where to turn for my beauty services. Once I found LaserAway and there kind and knowledgeable staff I felt at home. Michelle at the front always greets me with a smile, and Jenna is literally the best for Botox. I underwent treatments for my underarms. Front desk was distant but friendly. I had to push to make a followup appointment, eventually just stopped making them. Technicians are friendly. However, I told them I have a high tolerance for the laser therapy and they used the lowest settings. As a result, I have had zero results from my treatments. I do not recommend LaserAway to anyone looking for hair removal. read more
