If I could give zero stars, I would. LaserAway is hands down the most unprofessional, corrupt, and poorly managed company I have ever dealt with. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful -- staff are dismissive, careless, and completely inattentive to client concerns. Management is even worse: unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take accountability for the mistakes their company makes. The treatments themselves were a disaster. Despite clearly telling the therapist not to laser certain areas, they went ahead anyway, which actually stimulated hair growth where I never had an issue before. On top of that, I was left with large, obvious missed patches all over my body -- uneven, sloppy work that shows zero attention to detail. And yet, I am still being forced to pay for these so-called "services" that were completely ineffective. To make matters worse, their shady partnership with the third-party finance company "Covered Care" is nothing short of a scam. LaserAway hides behind this arrangement so that they never take responsibility, leaving clients trapped in payment plans for services that failed. They deliberately fail to communicate the terms of these plans, and when issues arise, both LaserAway and Covered Care pass the blame back and forth to avoid accountability. It's manipulative, unethical, and designed to protect their pockets at the expense of customers. This company should be ashamed of itself. Between the horrifyingly poor customer service, incompetent management, and predatory financing practices, LaserAway is nothing but a money-grabbing scam. I paid $750 for nasal folds filler on September 26, 2023. They took photographs before and after. Five days later I noticed a visible lump on the left side of my face beside my nose exactly where the filler was placed. I didn't think much of this because they say to expect some swelling. However in the days following, the lump remained just as visible. I contacted Laseraway to voice my concerns. I was told to go back to their office. I did this same day. They had the same "Technician". see me. She looked at the lump, pressed it twice, took one picture and said she was going to consult with a "nurse". Approximately 5 minutes later the Technician came back into the room stating that the lump was from fluid being trapped behind the filler. I don't see how any nurse can make a medical diagnosis with one photograph. Moreover I was only instructed to place a cold pack on it. I contacted Laseraway Customer Service Department and told them the situation and was placed on an extended hold. Thereafter the representative told me she reviewed my complaint and then said the lump was a result of an infection. First, if Laseraway thinks the lump is due to an infection, why did they only tell me to put a cold compress over the lump? While I am not in the medical field, I have never been told that a cold pack would resolve any infection. Secondly, their opinion of an infection is impossible as I had Sono Bello performed 6 days before so I had been taking preventative infection medication! So to anyone who is contemplating having any treatment done by Laseraway, STAY AWAY!!!! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR MISTAKES AND OR ERRORS MADE BY THEIR OFFICE AND THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO EVEN TRY TO CORRECT THEM. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! I have visited LaserAway for two of six Clear and Brilliant treatments to reduce or remove hyperpigmentation from acne scarring. I went in, cleaned my face, took a few pictures and applied numbing cream prior to the procedure. My first nurse said my session would use low power (because I was a laser virgin) and I should not expect to see any changes. I can appreciate her lowering my expectations but it simply wasn't the case. I did see changes...within a few days of my treatment. Great changes. I saw changes that finally allowed me to be seen publicly without foundation or powder. I don't even want to wear makeup. My second visit was even better with Nurse Alaina. She increased the laser power to medium(not a virgin anymore) and took even more pictures (after the cleaning and cream). I will not lie...it kinda hurts. The laser feels like getting a tattoo...ON YOUR FACE! Your skin feels rough after the treatment and you can see fine black dots on the surface but not enough to It's mildly unpleasant but SO VERY WORTH IT! You leave each session with a cooling mask that cools your face and calms it down. It's almost orgasmic! I saw a difference by the time I got home. I have continued to see improvement since that first session. I look forward to the next session too. This is the best money I have spent on self care. read more

I just came home after spending time at Laser Away. I had a Thermage treatment on my full face and neck. The facility is very clean and the staff is very personable. The nurse, Rachel did my procedure. She walked me through and during the time I was having it done. She was very considerate and lovely the entire time we were together. I will go back for a sixth month check up. I am sure if I decide to have additional work, I will go back to them. ***I do have to add that it took me a while to have contact with someone, but it was certainly all my fault. I am retired and stay up late every night until 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning. They called me and if it woke me up, I would tell them I was asleep or I didn't answer the phone. Then I had back to back doctor's appointments from neglect because my husband and my best friend were diagnosed on the same day the end of February. My best friend passed the night of Labor Day. My husband needs a pet scan to determine the next steps that need to be taken, which will be the end of this month. Because of other major health problems he could on take radiation. The last biopsy shows there was no cancer found. Hopefully the pet scan verifies that. His doctor at Southwest Medical will tell us what she thinks needs to happen for removal or what. We are Jewish and had many talks with God. read more

I visited LaserAway Fort Worth today for the very first time. I'm 56 and have never had anything done to my face other than nose blackhead extractions a month ago at an eyebrow threading place. So this procedure had me nervous going in. Yasmin did my initial consultation and she was great. I got to see her before and after pics, she walked me through everything, found the right program for me, she knows her stuff, very informative, explained what I needed to know, answered all of my questions, was very patient with me since I'm a newbie to this. Brandi was at the front desk and also did my numbing. She made me feel welcome and comfortable and helped to ease my nervousness. Karen, my clinician, got me through the procedure explaining everything as she went from one area to another, start to finish. I needed that. She even took pics for me with my phone so I could share them with my family and so I can see my progress. I am hoping this does the trick for my hyperpigmentation and smoothing my skin. Do I have stinging, yes, but it's to be expected. It's better now that I'm home. I don't plan on doing anything else this weekend so I can follow their instructions. I purchased a laser hair removal package for Brazilian and underarms a little less than a year ago, and I've completed 7 of 8 treatments. The results are amazing! I saw a difference even after the first 2 treatments, and the delayed growth between treatments is impressive. If you're still shaving or waxing, you're missing out - laser hair removal is the way to go! I had such a great experience at the Fort Worth location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the procedure. Consultations over the phone were quick and easy as well. The only thing I wish they had more often are promotions or discounts because the price per procedure although worth every penny is expensive. I had my underarms and top of lip done( hair removal) and it took less than 10 minutes. I will recommend this service 100%. I was SO insecure about this and thought about canceling my appointment and not showing up because let's face it, who wants to walk into a place and tell a bunch of strangers your most embarrassing hairy secrets! I couldn't have been more wrong. I was so warmly welcomed upon walking in. I was greeted with nothing but kindness, compassion, and understanding and most importantly, confidentiality. I was scared that everyone in the waiting room was going to know my business, but that wasn't the case here. We discussed my issues in private. During my consultation Dawn did an excellent job explaining the entire process. Always pleased with LaserAway on 7th in Fort Worth Tx.. I drive every 4wks from Austin 3 hours for treatment and it's worth it!! My Results are unbelievable!! I honestly doubted the possibility of ever having results like these! Unfortunately just about a year ago I was burned by an aesthetician at Devenir, who in her defense hadn't worked with rich melanin skin as mine, but to my own defense I feel it would have been fair to tell me or any client your experience and allow them to decide rather to go forward with treatment or decline. My burns were severe. A little over 1 year later I still have 4 square burns which are forever. First of all, I want to say from the very beginning this experience has been wonderful. From the phone consultation to the actual procedure. I am having several things done, I went into the location in the uptown area of Fort Worth TX. over the weekend to start with the clear and brilliant treatment. I chose to do the pigment treatment to start. I have some very dark spots, some from aging and some from sun damage. The women were lovely and informative the entire time. Such a wonderful group of women. My procedure was not painful at all but their concern to ensure your were comfortable was really great. Two full days later and I am amazed at my results and again, it's only two days in. I can't wait to see what happens once a week in and then I go in for my Thermage. Wow!! Just Wow! From the time we walked in this place the first time, we felt like family. Brandy and Lauren go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. As an old guy over 50, I was a little nervous going in to have stuff done to my skin. I had no idea what to expect. Brandy basically took me by the hand and guided me through what I would experience. She helped me feel calm and confident. All of the techs were professional and informative. I ask lots of questions to help my nervousness. The techs were patient with me and answered all of my questions. They would talk me through the procedure and let me know what was going on and how it would transform my body. I've been going to the location in Fort Worth since December of last year. I've gotten lip injections, Botox and hair removal services done here and so far my experience has been way better than my past experiences in Vegas. The staff is so great and willing to answer all of my questions (and I always have so many). They're extremely friendly and inviting and I'd definitely recommend them if you've been contemplating any of these services. I always have a great time at the Fort Worth location when I go to my appointments for laser hair removal, but I had an excellent experience this past time. I went in not looking forward to it because I wasn't feeling my best, but nurse Mindy was so friendly, caring, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of that I left in a completely different mood. I came in for pretty severe melasma treatment. Melasma bad enough to look like full coverage makeup was poorly done because my skin was so splotchy. Just know patience is key because there is no "quick fix" for middle aged, hypersensitive skin. It's mostly treated at this point, but know it took nearly 2 years of regular IPL and Clear & Brilliant treatments. The staff was mostly really great. I've been treated by, hands-down some of the best staff, and like any other business, some less motivated employees. Fortunately, their lackadaisical staff hold a short tenure there. I had my first laser hair removal appointment this month. While I can't speak on the results yet, I am very pleased with the service and procedure. Everyone who worked there was super nice. The nurse made sure to make me feel comfortable, educate me, and answer all my questions. I was very anxious and nervous about the procedure/pain, but 2 mins into it we were chatting and laughing.
