I've been to the Hermosa location which is not my fav (it's super off putting at that location staff wise) I have also been to the Huntington Beach location which is lovely. Staff is pleasant But, Long Beach has been our fav. It's clean, the nurses are more likely to rotate less at this location so, you develop a nice report with them. The technicians that provide the service are extremely sweet & professional! They are 10/10. I've done tattoo removal & cool sculpting in multiple areas. My tattoo is still the same & cool sculpting was a waste of $2,100. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The most unpleasant thing for me though, honestly, we're the 2 receptionists up front. Be ready to be looked up & down. There was no facial cleanser or face towel in the restroom for customers to use. The staff were unfriendly, and the service was very poor. At the scheduled appointment time, no room was available; I had to have the numbing cream applied and wait in the consultation room. The service was terrible. read more

Update on my review. It's been five months and still there are multiple complications with canceling my loan. I will have to update this review in 7 months come July but [[HIGHLIGHT]]for my very first time getting lasered it was ok.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've been a wax girlie for 11 years and I am used to being bare skinned bald after each visit. This was less painful than sugar waxing but still had its moments of pain. I'm not a fan of having to "shave" before my treatments but maybe once I get close to being "bald" again like I used to be when I got waxed I may go do a wax treatment for upkeep just to get the other hairs that the laser didn't get. read more

Disappointed with receiving Botox here first time I've ever got it done at this place was definitely overpriced and completely unsatisfied with the results. my frown lines between my brows are still highly noticeable lots of movement on my forehead. I go to laser away for clear and brilliant laser facials and Botox. Kristen did my Botox last week and I absolutely loved my session with her. She was very kind and super gentle. I've been getting Botox for about two years, but she was very good about educating me through each step of the procedure. She asked me about the areas of concern and ensured I used my units wisely. I bought a bank of units, and didn't have to use as many as I thought to get the result I wanted. I'm considering coming back to her to try out masseter Botox . I am turning 38 in a couple months so I figured its time i start looking into what options there are to maintain my current skin quality. This was my first experience in the world of skin care (beyond just using face wash). I came in for a consultation and couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of customer service. All the girls working the front desk area were friendly and took the time to really help. I had a lot of questions about each of the different offerings and packages. Not just price, but how each one was either something I should consider or maybe dont need. They obviously have been doing this for a while and have the ability to actually tell me from their experience of using their own services. Its nice talking to someone when they actually use or try what they are selling. I'm very disappointed with my recent experiences at LB location. At one appointment I was asked to come in 15 mins early. I made it happen. Then I waited 20 mins to be seen. Next appointment I was told the machine broke & they said they'd comp a service after I explained how inconvenient it was. They didn't comp the service. When I came back a week later for rescheduled appointment they did see me but after needed to cancel the next upcoming appointment bc there weren't enough employees. I didn't appreciate the attitude of the person helping me reschedule. She was not understanding. When I came in for my 3rd rescheduled appointment I was turned away, again. They said they couldn't see me due to a scheduling error. They offered for me to come back 2 hrs later if another client was willing to reschedule. I wasn't willing to cancel but was not asked. I couldn't come at that time. I reminded the employee of recent rescheduling problems but was still not able to be seen for the time sensitive treatments (which were already week late). I left, called around to other locations. staff at Cerritos were very helpful, apologetic and informed me corporate would call me. That was last week. I haven't heard a thing. Overall, I've missed several of hours of work due to all the errors. My time was not respected. And I'm paying thousands of dollars on services. I regret purchasing a package with them as now I'm half way through my treatments & any progress made was a waste. I will not be returning. read more
