This was my first time at location by Traffic Circle in Long Beach and I was looking hard for availability's before my weekend trip I needed the bronze looking skin poolside! Sugar Cove met my first time expectations with presentation, friendliness and it exceeded expectations as far as quality of the spray tan and outcome! The color immediately looked lovely and evenly sprayed . The technician was friendly made me feel comfortable and obviously she did a great job. She made sure she had all the areas covered and didn't walk away until she was sure that it was placed accurately, The product is definitely high-quality since it lasted for days. I'm telling you; that day I had to run a few errands right after my appt. And although you are not supposed to have tight clothes on or make sure you don't wash it off with water or your own body sweat I had no problems. And It stayed on my body for a good five days and the bronze color was just as lovely and even. I was highly impressed since I've been doing spray tans for over 20 years and I know how that works or it's supposed to work and let me tell you that a good product is noticeable I had recently experience the opposite at a nearby salon so I was on the look for a new place I'm so glad that I come across this site on my maps I knew that I had to write a good review where it's deserved . I had an amazing appointment during my first visit to Sugar Cove. They're offering a spectacular Groupon deal and the best part is they'll honor it in studio. So I was able to book an appointment the day of which whoooo. When I arrived a front desk staff person checked my temperature and had me wait outside a couple more minutes while the previous client clean up. My absolute favorite place to get hair removal and self-care services. Staff is always friendly and hospitable, eager to help or make suggestions, and the vibes are great! Vanessa has been my go to sugar momma for a few years and she is amazing! My first time trying sugaring was several years ago at this location and I would see Megan, who is also amazing but she is not at this location anymore. Vanessa is thorough, great to chat with, and takes her time for the session to be perfect. She is a hair removal and skincare expert specialist that I'm so grateful to know. I have been coming to this place for over 5 years. I will say I just had a bad phone experience with Brianna. Not sure if I spelled her name right. She gave me a hard time on the phone. I was booking an appointment which I always do and she seemed to not be able to find my daughter. I have never had this problem before. She said she would have her manger reach out to me as if I hadn't been there before. She also gave a smart comment about she knows how to use the system. After my appointment with Lexi yesterday, I'm never going to another Sugar Mama again! Lexi was the most knowledgeable esthetician I've visited and was the absolute best at her job. She had me breathe in and out before each pull, and was able to get my hair out using fewer sugar than anyone else I've gone to - and I've been getting sugared for seven years! On top of that, she was the quickest and most relatable. For Bronzed Sugar itself, I've visited this location and the one in North Long Beach several times. I definitely prefer the staff at this location, but the layout and product selection are cute and trendy at both. What's nice is the membership and deals work at all of their locations, and they are able to book you at others if they don't have any openings for the day you're looking for.
