This is about a lawsuit I filed and won in the Long Beach Superior Court for your failure to provide services. The resolution was a judgement against you and your company for $3,258.00. This was my first visit and I was very happy with the result. Shay gave me a facial and she is very professional, very competent. I've had treatments in so many spas and I would include Polished in the high end level. It is a small spa but has an upscale feeling. It's on 2nd street in Naples, near Belmont Shore so it's a great location. You could shop or have lunch before or after your treatment. This is a med spa so they offer a full complement of treatments including BOTOX. The only critique I have is the treatment room I was in is next to the reception desk/waiting area so the room is noisy, I could hear lots of talking. I like spas to be quiet so you can really relax during a treatment. The prices are on the high end for spas in LB, but they do have a happy hour and monthly specials with lower prices. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly staff, to the moment you leave feeling like a whole new person! My massage therapist spent time working on my 'trouble spots' while also making sure to give me the relaxing experience I craved. Sometimes you can feel as if you received a workout rather than a massage. She was very experienced and well traveled. She was also very respectful of 'my time' meaning she didn't talk my ear off but DID make an effort to get to know me :) Perfect balance! I was also able to use my spa-finder gift card here! It gave us a little bit of a hassle trying to get their system to accept it but the ladies were so nice and patient, it really was not a big deal!! I love how conveniently located it is. I will admit that this spot is a little pricey compared to my previous spa but you do get what you pay for. Today was my first experience with Polished. I was a loyal customer to a nearby spa for over 20 years only to be disappointed by their recent business practices. I received Botox injections as well as lip filler. Both I have had in the past. I had usually bruised and suffered through the treatment. Today was SO different!! My Dermatologist offers the same treatments but I have chosen to have them done here because of the experienced staff. The staff in most cases had more experience and in some cases had trained the nurses at Dermatologist offices. Amazing results my skin just keeps getting better and better.
