I decided to go with the individual treatment to see how the results turned out. After I had the treatment, I was told the price for photofacial treatments was again not what I was quoted on the phone, but a now different price, for the third time. They need to get there price list figured out. I've never in my life experienced this, but that alone turned me off about this business. I don't have a problem paying what they charge for the photfacial treatments, however it would be nice to see some results. I saw absolutely no results. Nothing darkened, nothing scabbed over and flaked off. I saw zero results, and it's now been 3 and 1/2 weeks later. So not only are they not able to get their prices straight, but they will take your money and you will see absolutely no results. This charge is being disputed with my credit card company. Also, the laser equipment for hair removal and IPL do NOT produce results. I am currently using a Rx work for my age spots and melasma with much better results. So see a dermatologist for that, it's a lot more cost effective. I'be been to other places that have way more effective laser equipment. During one of the appts the laser tech said she was very thourough and always would always do two rounds to get better results. But last appt she did one quick pass around the face and appeared to be in a quick rush to be done with me. The only service that worked well for me at Myspa was the facial peel. I did a total of 3 rounds of Coolsculpting... Again, waste of money. Lastly, the Botox treatment I received here gave me horrible results. Two estheticians at different locations noticed that instead of my eyebrows lifting, the Botox caused my eyelids to droop. So I never went back there for Botox. I really wanted to like this place, the location is so convenient. I've spent a couple of thousand$ there, which I highly regret. I feel duped. Lesson learned! Do not let the same thing happen to you. Trust me when I say, go elsewhere.
